I said McCain was a "good man"? Are you sure?

I said he was a hero, that he served our country, and that he was a man of honorable principle, stuff like that. But good?

I think the fact that he cheated on his first wife numerous times is proof that he is not necessarily a "good" man. To his credit, he also admits that, and has said of his indiscretions, that he cannot blame it on his experiences in Vietnam. He was just selfish. His wife probably pegged it when she said something like "He's right that it is not because of Vietnam, it was more of a 40 year old man trying to be 25 again."

So, no. Not a good man. None of us is really good, but I especially don't like breaking a family up over wanting different pu**y. But alot of guys have done that, huh?

I also don't think he is the most qualified to be president that we could have found in the country either. He's going to keep our committments to our military men and women and the Iraqis, and not let other countries f**k with us. That's about it.

If I could, I would put Clinton's brain, inside Obama's personality and character, with McCain's experience in military affairs.

THAT would be a president!!!

Sadly, they are all lacking, in MAJOR ways. It's choosing the lesser of evils at this point.

Due to family circumstances, nope. Which pissed me off highly.

My guitar just came out of repairs Friday, it is doing great. Brand new guitar, nice fretboard, good pickups, new strap, a polishing cloth, new strings, etc... I love it.

I am hoping to jam this coming up weekend.

Which is good because I have been practicing and have a workload of new pieces. So it is going to be fun.

Peace out, GuitarAnatomy.

 Yeah, I have no strap-locking system for this guitar strap. So it sometimes, but not frequently, comes loose.

I cannot wait to jam, lol.

Peace out, GuitarAnatomy.

Glad everyone is loosening up here.

But before you get too comfortable, I want to address the "hero" issue. McCain is being called a hero in here, and I do not agree with that at all, because he doesn't rise to the definition.

Now before we are franticly launching "dictionary.com", realize that he doesn't rise to MY definition of "hero", which is as follows: An ordinary person that, under extraordinary circumstances, rises to extraordinary heights for the saftey and survival of more than him (or her)self.

McCain was a soldier in a war that never should have happened. He was placed there as an enforcer of interlopers that never should have been there. He was taken prisoner by Nationals of that beleagured nation, and survived his ordeal. He is not a hero. He is a Survivor.

There....now flame away.

He was offered release. He said, "No; release the guys who were here longer than me, and torture me instead. Let them go, not me."
That's heroic in my book . . . and he's a hero by your definition, too:
" . . . An ordinary person that, under extraordinary circumstances, rises to extraordinary heights for the saftey and survival of more than him (or her)self . . ."

Oh no... Here we go again. *He adjusts his wrist brace*

:x Bring it on! I can handle anything! Any debate you can throw!

... *Suffers*

Alright, alright, in all seriousness: I think McCain is a hero as far as that particular event is concerned. As far as any of his actions as a politician are concerned... No way.

I do not trust him, I do not trust any of them actually. I just see this world spiraling out of control and I know not one of them can stop it. Not McCain with his war mongering antics, not Clinton with her belligerent attitude, and not Obama with his "Yes we can," "Change" attitude (Considering he is just saying it to make people follow him). Actually, that is another point I want to bring out, they all say something and never do it, every one of them, that includes McCain (For those about to say he sticks by his principles).

Politicians are the worst scum of the Earth, barely any of them are worthy of respect. I love the Kennedy family, but even they have done some real foolish things.

Hero or not, he is still not worthy in my book of being President. Someone show me a man of true decency and I will vote for him without reluctance, but until that happens I shall remain skeptical and wary.

Peace out, GuitarAnatomy.
