I guarantee the breach was allowed to happen. No way did we just forget to plug in the firewall at the pentagon. Guess this IT group at the pentagon mustve been the same crew that accidentally deleted all those white house emails during the bush years, eh?
Yes. Bush was also a progressive and his policies were also destructive for Americans.
When did fascism become "progressive"? I think you meant regressive.
Fascism became progressive when the Communists party decided to change their name because Communism became a "dirty" word. Then the Marxists Socialist and the rest joined in using the term to hide their "progressive" agenda. Politicians calling themselves progressive is simply their way of making known that they are dedicated to making progress towards their Utopian society.
Yes, it is regressive since America had the only government for the people by the people. Now America by the people for the people has been turned upside down and now we are like every other dictator run banana republic. But then most do not even see that this regime is medaling into every aspect of their lives. At least not yet.
Yes, to use your newly coined word, truly Bush " mustve " done it. It is all Bushes fault. (Never heard that one before from the brainwashed community) And was that brilliant assessment without a clue as to when this actually happened, or do you have a definite accurate time line for the "hacking"?
Uhhh... What?!? Are you saying that WH emails under Bush were not "accidentally" deleted, including backups? Are you suggesting that the WH IT team at that time didn't fail on every possible level of the basic foundation of their jobs?!? It's really simple- I manage our domain exchange server (email for you simpletons).
*All emails (even deleted by user) should be kept on the server
*Email server should be on daily backups, usually an incremental or differential cycle, with full rotating cross-copies, which are moved to off-site storage daily or weekly.
*fail-over redundancy to another exchange server, preferably offsite, but can be on-site.
So which is it?
-Either the IT guys at the top-most level of government got an F in computer science every year of their education, cheated on their college exams, and somehow beat the microsoft's certification process by cheating as well, and somehow managed to also fool the FBI's vetting process for government clearance, as well as fooled countless IT professionals who performed the interviews.
-OR-
-They followed orders and destroyed 10,000+ emails, the replications, and the back ups.
What's this muckery about a dictator-run banana republic? You don't elect dictators. Your simple lack of understanding is on display with this one- We are sliding into neo-liberal fascism. Corporations control our government. It's really simple. Neo-liberal isn't a political party either, and has pretty much nothing to do with liberal views. The right has twisted that word so badly that using it properly isn't even possible when it's necessary to describe an exact issue. Way to go.
I'm fairly amazed at how many of you were able to draw up such vast and deep agendas from two sentences I typed, especially considering that one sentence was sarcasm / satire, and the other was just a snark that repeated what is a historical fact.
