I wrote this song for a May song challenge on another site.
Called "All my vices" first on my player.
The challenge is to write a song about waking up and everyone is gone... you're the last person on earth.
Suppose to be Bluesy 12 bar style any length any key any tempo.
Was a fun tune to put together.

Thanks Sans... it's a little different than my usual.
I put the lyrics up to help decipher what the heel I'm sayin! After listening this morning I still have a few corrections to make.
But it was a fun little project!

Thanks man... yeah I'm a loner! Write it, play it, record it and mix it with a little input here and there from some musician sites. Like Bandmix!

Fun song! A little more definition of the bass line would be good, it's very low and muddy (listening on computer speakers).

Yeah the bass line is a constant throughout the song... no let up.. So it gets a little poppy in a few spots. (Squier) I only gave it so much effort on the performance and EQing and settled where it's at.

Another Keeper... I agree with Mike about the bass line... Also, for fun, Wonder what a little tap delay on the down beat of that snare would sound like for the main verses... if you're experimenting around...

Another Keeper... I agree with Mike about the bass line... Also, for fun, Wonder what a little tap delay on the down beat of that snare would sound like for the main verses... if you're experimenting around...

I thought maybe I'll clean up the gits and maybe try a more distorted sound on the bass. IDK... I already submitted it so it's past the point of corrections now.
I'll try the delay on the snare just to hear how it affects the over-all... but it's inconsistent already and I had to correct a few spots that were way off.
Oh and hats off to the drummers with good timing they sure make it look effortless!
