Not going into how I know this but as implants go, a lot depends on
(1) The popper or improper application of the appliance.
Proper appliance selection ( as in replacement for cosmetic repair post operative ) A size of implant suitable to the host can be very natural in appearance and feel.
Improper appliance application ( augmentation for purely vain reasoning ) can also be very close to "real" if the application is not a gross mismatch to the host body type. Such as adding a D to a host whom was an A frame.
Huge implants on scrawny chicks look and feel fake, and also often cause serious health issues over time.

(2) The natural amount of adipose tissue surrounding the implant.
Again the principle is the same, minimal augmentation is barely noticeable. Grossly negligent applications look and feel like "fake tits".

I have to laugh cause some older women with implants, look like the living transition between grapes and raisins... Nothing less sexier than a pair of mudflaps knuckle dragging on the floor...while the tits pop tall... lol!

Sorry Jeff I'm sure your manboobs are very nice.

I'm just going on my limited experience with fake boobs, not my idea of a good time. Women are being duped by society to spend thousands of dollars on stuff that guys don't really care that much about anyway.

 That's cool, but a little bit selfish to be hording such an icon all to yourself?

They would look sweet on the front bumper of your Jag!

Cause too many accidents though ... but take a look at your upright bass, there above it's waist? Of course you would have to eat the extra expense of outfitting it with fashionable bikini tops .. but then you could ask for more money when you play topless, not to mention the fortune in tips!

well, they might look good on the bumper of the E type but then they'd be outta my reach.

as for mounting them on my upright....it's tempting, but that thing is enough trouble hauling around as it is. 8)

well I guess I'm going to have to be the odd man out on this one-

I agree with her.

I lost my brother and mother both to cancer, both died young. I have an extremely high risk, especially to pancreatic cancer, which is much like breast cancer that if it's detected too late, game over. I'm sure if I had the option like she did to take a precautionary measure, I'd take it in a fuggin heartbeat.

I know you are trying to be funny, but her boobs are more important to you than her long-term well being. It's not funny. She was probably scared shitless for a long time

Based on unproven science ?

We're talking about a woman whom can afford to have her breast tested and replaced every 15 minutes if she so desires.

Maybe some Velcro, she can change tits, or even sex at will.

Look at me . . . today I'm a man !

I think it is really her freedom of choice and freedom of belief.

It is her body ... if you disagree with her, then make a different choice for your own body.

We should pray for her. As you all noted, it takes a lot of fear to do that to oneself.

Not necessarily an unfounded fear. They said she has an 87% chance of getting cancer - that is lousy odds.

Death is pretty scary - as this poor girl showed, people will go to some pretty bizarre lengths to hold it back.

It's BS science man . . . no proof . . . none what so ever . . . . she can do whatever she likes. But she should keep it in the closet .
I take issue because the weak minded in our society actually look up to these twits.
Untold harm and expense will result from her "example".
Attention hog.

If she was so all fired concerned with her health why did she install a fake rake in the first place ?

Answer . . . to sell sex.

I'm glad no doctor ever told me I have an 87% chance of getting testicle cancer. I can't afford neuticals, although I hear people get them for their male dogs so they don't lose their self esteem...

The odds of every man over the age of 50 getting prostate cancer is very high. We should all be getting examined for it, but I don't think it would be reasonable for us to worry so much about it that we cut our manhood off.

My dad died of prostate cancer a couple years ago but I'm not going to be castrated until I get it. I'm not going to get chemo, not going to take Pregnazon. I could die in a car wreck first so why worry about it until it's a confirmed fact?

I think Mike is right when he says that this is driven by a fear that is overwhelming for her. He's also right about a good response to the news.

She was front page on ALL the tabloids at the grocer's yesterday.

Her publicist is a genius.

I still say Velcro . . . she could change tit type in an instant to fit any role.

If I get Cancer of anything, I'll start drafting my will and schedule a lot of time in front of the TV... I refuse to go through these barbaric treatments, (the cure is worse than the disease).

I think cancer is inevitable to most people... Why fight to prolong your life when clearly the quality of it drops drastically, even if you do manage to beat it... There is always the comeback... The return of the disease... Who needs that sh*t? I'd just a s soon bow out and be done with it... But I aint living like I'm gonna get cancer...I'll worry about it when and If I get it.

My father is in his 80's, he has survived cancer twice and is very active & happy.
My mother, after I "saved" her from the hacks in Longview whom already had her scheduled for bilateral radical mastectomies. Underwent minimal surgical and chemical / radiation therapies over ten years ago after I got her in to see a "real" doctor. Also well into her 80's now spends much time with children, grandchildren, and even great grandchildren.
My former band mate and long time Kung Fu brother Tony . . . his wife . . . also a survivor, lives happy active lives ( went to field day with her daughter just today )

Some forms of CA are of course much more horrific. But to give up without a fight in my estimation is worse than having the disease or the treatments.

That said I have been the professional at the bedside when it was "time" to give up.
I submit, God forbid the time comes. You will know. You will know.
