What you are doing qualifies as spam (your only other post here is for the same 'all new' guitar stand). $5.20 is a decent price, if there's no shipping charges.
Guitar Center often sells them during their big sales @ $5, so if you live in or near a no-sales tax state (as I do), they are still cheaper. And I've already got 3 single-guitar stands (one just like yours) and a 5-guitar stand, too.

What's 'all new' about it?
