Jammed last night with 4 guys that all came from different bands that have gone to the way side.We kinda clicked for a first jam and we all want to meet again.Hope to get out playing again steady instead of hit and miss gigs.Being that the age range is 40-66 we have some pretty good diversity.

Opportunity! Even though you are all "at the age you should all know better", you should sit down and discuss goals/plans. It sucks to invest hours of time only to find one (or more) people have a different agenda.
I figure I put in 100 hours of band practice and double that home practice/learning with my last band, only for the lead singer to quit just as we were ready to start gigging.
300 hours x $15/hour (I work cheap!) - someone owes me $4500!
