Again, you didn't do a single thing to try. You didn't take the time to review my profile and see if we have similar music tastes or are around the same age. You were very dickish to me and didn't stick up for me when others were being dicks to me. And just like the others, you whined about my complaining.

Also notice how the guy gives up on me WAY too soon. I need to reach people who are willing to go all the way with me. For example, instead of getting all butt hurt when I honestly state why a given suggestion won't work, the guy needs to listen to me, and put in some effort and work to find something better.

Another thing I've noticed about some of my posts in this thread, is that a lot of the people who responded and reccommended something, didn't even acknowledge my responses to their suggestion. They either ignore it, or flat out leave a trollish post instead.

Also if free members could contact any given person whether or not they have premier membership, those responses wouldv'e been sent as private messages, and this post wouldn't be so many pages.

See? Again with the trolling. STOP! You are not helping yourself by doing that. It gives the impression that you hate your life, and have nothing else better to do than to make jokes at someone else's expense or insult someone. That doesn't make you cool. I got the same thing through Craigslist and Baton Rouge Rocks, so much to the point where it's ALL I'm coming across.

The time you spend trolling and insulting me, or making jokes, could be better spent giving my intended audience a chance to come to this thread.

Anyway, let's focus people. Do not get distracted by these trolls that post in this thread. And don't get all worked up because I'm not like the majority of musicians who use this site.

All I need to do is reach a few individuals who can help me learn about some good quality free music sites similar to this site. I would like to take the time to discuss your experience on the site to find out if it would work for me. Check to make sure the site recognizes pop music as a style of music, and check for forums. It also helps to check to see if Baton Rouge is a popular section on the site. If it's not, that site is a no go.

Also be careful of sites that say it's free to sign up, because most of those sites will have all features disabled, and will want to recieve payment. I will not be using such sites, because, I'm trying to find a friend.

Not having enough places to advertise what I can play and who I am is why I'm not getting any responses to my request for musicians. The more places I can get the word out about what I'm looking for, the better my chances.

Again, why do GuitarMikeB, Paperdog, and Starfish Scott keep responding? You guys are trolls to me, and are making a big deal out of nothing. Where are the individuals who talk to each other and who take the time to talk about other music forums to try, and who share ideas about other stuff?

I can't go away! This is the ONLY place I have left where I can ask. This place has potential if you would just give it a chance.

I would do the research on my own (through Google) but the site in question may not be labeled as a musician site. Plus, it's nice to talk to a person about it to make sure I'm not running into a scam or signing up on one of those sites where it's free to sign up but where you have to pay.

And as always it's nice to simply talk to with people and learn about their experiences on a given music site to find out if that site is any good.

The guys who have responded to my thread so far give up way too easily, and before even helping me give the impression that they are angry, and have very limited knowledge.
