The point is bad stuff happens everywhere, including the good ol' USA.

Yeah, it could happen anywhere (just like the Newtown shootings could happen anywhere - whether or not teachers or others were allowed to pack weapons) - but what is this world/country coming to when this type of thing starts happening more and more?
