Oh yeah, sure! I mean, there are technical aspects that are challenging and it takes time to develop dexterity in your fingers and some pattern-familiarization for more advanced improvisation, and moving quickly from chord to chord while making stuff up and not screwing up is hard at fast tempos. It can also be situationally challenging at a concert depending on what you're doing and how much you've been practicing, but the sax itself is generally very easily mastered.

P.S. The bari sax is a great way to treat asthma, heh heh.
