In the last two days, I have been met with a demonstration of complete incompetence and helplessness by three different substantial entities.

AT&T, cant change my phone number to reflect my business location...(The one I'm using for work has an OHIO area code.) Too many barriers for them to hurdle over. Status FAIL

The El Paso Central Appraisal District:
Cant process my paperwork, case they cant distinguish the difference between a Homestead tax exemption and the Homestead act. Additionally they implemented a new requirement. Must produce Vehicle Registration showing the current address. Trip to their office: with inaccurate info, wasted: Status FAIL

The El Paso County Courthouse: Cant tell me what constitutes an appropriate affidavit to file, for homestead protection. Will have to contact a title company instead...even though i have to file it with the courthouse. Trip, wasted: Status FAIL


Its official, I'm surrounded by weak, ignorant clerks, who are are absolutely useless, (only slightly more so than their supervisors)

When you call back you will get Yingchowkata from indonesia who will do the same.

This all still comes back to PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.

Kramer you keep bunging out with the need for a massive single agency in control of every one and every thing. WE ARE VERY CLOSE.

It is going to get much worse. It seems that far to many have no concept of what that means. Personal Responsibility means simple things... when you have a job you do it, when you have a debt you pay it, when you make a commitment you keep it, when you have a responsibility , you be responsible. If you join a band... Do all the above!

i was in Rhodesia when it collapsed and became that steaming, starving hell hole called Zimbabwe. By then, nothing worked - one could hardly place a phone call.

i work in IT with the so called big brains and many are helpless. The further up the chain you go, the dummer they are.
