6 to 10 inches of snow starting Monday into Tuesday, and the people around here won't help me shovel. I'm going to have a heart attack, you can bet on it.

Bob, 4 years ago you were a very positive person. What the heck happened?
Please, you are a great player... Overcome and adapt. What the heck is a little snow?

They return to their old habits like a dog returns to it's vomit. I still do for them. It is a trailer and not much of a standard of living. My current neighbors (a couple), fight all the time. You can here the loud arguments anytime, day or night. I went over there to give them a beautiful insulated bedspread, when they moved in. They accepted. She had bruises on her face. I did a background check. He has misdemeanors of domestic violence. Sometimes, there are those you just can't help.GLENNY J wrote:Four years ago people helped me shovel. I have an autistic son who suffers seizures. If he has one during the storm and I can't get him to the hospital he could die. In that case I'll drag his corpse out in the parking lot and put a sign on him in that reads "Thanks for helping me shovel" in Swahili, Chinese, Pakistani, Spanish, Vietnamese, Congolese, and buttfu*k English.....
A "little snow" means big problems when the neighborhood association sends a drunken fool with an inadequate plow and people don't have enough testosterone. It's time to MAN UP and get to work.
As far as me being positive again it'll happen when I see people WORKING again. NOTHING IN LIFE IS FREE.
If every able bodied person came out with a shovel or broom the entire area could be free of snow. Right next store to me lives two guys both over six feet six inches. One of them could easily end up being a seven footer (he's 16). They don't do SH*T to help me.

Snowed all day yesterday, but didn't accumulate until night time, thne just an inch or snow of ehavy stuff. 25 miles north, in Manchester, where the Who played last night it did accumulate - about 6" for the day and the drive home was nasty - 35mph on the Interstate for the first 20 miles. Saw one 4wd car in the snow at the side ofthe road (they stopped before they got to the trees) who had passed us 10 minutes earlier.
