I dunno if it would interest anybody.
But, I've got a few out-of-print CDs for sale, still sealed.

This is a compilation I was on in the 90's.
The label no longer exists.

I know hardly anybody on Bandmix knows anything about noise artists.
But, there are some very popular names here, before anyone heard of them.

Considering that no one (including me) got paid for this, I feel no guilt selling downloads.

The prices are near the links.
$10 = Digital Downloads
$15 = CDs

That includes postage.
Which makes them a bit cheaper than the going collector's price.

I like the cover art a lot Mike. Back in the 70s I did some experimental music in college but it no longer interests me. I hope you sell out.

I am in the process of transferring tapes into a downloadable format.

There are still a few sealed cassettes too!

I've posted two Bionics recordings already.

Bionics was me & a guy named John Nevermind, and sometimes his girlfriend.
Crude noisy techno.
But, like all my projects, it doesn't really fit into one category too well.
Someone compared us to Cabaret Voltaire and Suicide.

There are some videos of us on my Bandmix page.

I've gotta get more cassette covers scanned.

I just finished uploading s'more tapes.
Marsha says she'll scan the covers for me sometime this evening.

Edible Audio started out as just me.
Davin Brainard of Princess Dragon-Mom insisted that I need to have a "band name".
So, I used the title off of one of my tapes.
I later added Mick Stone, the drummer from 500 Ft. of Pipe.
They were a Detroit death metal band with some national exposure.
There is video of us playing at the Record Collector posted on my Bandmix page.
But, it is very incomplete.
The best part was when I threw my guitar across the room into a wall!

Also uploaded are a few Mike Nobody tapes;

"Birthday" was rejected by RRRecords for just sounding like someone playing guitar.

Well, IT WAS:

'72 Fender Telecaster Deluxe
Mesa/Boogie S.O.B. Amp
and lots of feedback & tape saturation!

"Edible Audio" features childhood recordings dating back to the '70's and some of my own inventions, such as the "Electric Stick" and "Electric Banjo".
I still have a few sealed copies available.

I just re-upped the NegativeM+ Jam Tapes, a compilation of former bandmates & collaborators, and my crappy demo.

In the merch section, I am also offering to create art & t-shirts for folks who are interested.

Lots of activity on The Island of Misfit Noise, lately, eh?

It isn't terribly important.
But, I finally got those cassette covers up and redid the banner, etc.

The copier/scanner & the computer it is connected with were messed up.
That is why it took so long.

I still find it totally pathetic that you are using other people’s copyright logos to promote your stuff. You should be banned or in jail or fined or something… Your continuations of illegal practices is sick plagiarism and a mental illness.

WTF is YOUR problem?

If you are referring to eMpTyVee or the Monopoly Mouse, that is something called PARODY!
Appropriation to subvert the original message is protected free speech, dumbass.
Or, should we lock up "Weird Al" Yankovic too?

MIke,
FYI: Technically, when an artist takes an existing peice of work and parody's, adds, changes, etc, and ultimately delivers it, the courts call the resulting work a 'derivative'. All derivative work, requires the permission of the original work's author(s). When Al Yankovich parodied Michael jackson's work per se, he had to notify the Jackson camp, obtain their permission ( and probably paid whatever due royalties they demanded) .

Parody is indeed protected free speech, however, authorship/Copyright ownership is also protected.

We all violate it from time to time... Its doubtful that most of it gets pursued, (at least when it occurs outside the circle of mainstream mechanisms) nBut if you ever have doubts, just ask permission to use. If they decline, then its probably a good idea to move on tp something else.

I'm in a pecular situation right now.. My Homemade Remedies video... I used what I thought were stock photos and there is this one where there's a guy with a monicle and top hat selling a bottle of SOS (Snake il Salesman) . I saw this and thought how cool ot woul be to use it in conjunction with the lryics/ etc.

It turns out there is a band in NY that actually uses that photo as their official representation. Whoops... I just violated a Copyright. I don't worry too much about it cause I'll be taking down that video soon, anyway... I'm als guessing those guys stole the pic from somewhere, somebody else...
