yes, problems Mike, I have a Line 6 Toneport UX2 interface, long story short, I had given up on it years ago when I first got it, deciding my puter is not "strong enough" to allow it to work..the UX2 device to my understanding has it's own sound card per se, so don't think my problems have to do with a sub-standard sound card, the USB "stream" is the culprit? I think..but nonetheless I purchased at a musical instrument auction several years ago, a TASCAM 424mkIII Portastudio and for the first time tested it for operation yesterday (sat on a shelf in storage room for years) and it's a 4 track cassette player, thinking if I can't record with the UX2 I will record with the cassette 4 track player and use line signal out from it to line signal INPUT of the UX2 and then use the UX2's USB ability to get the tracks on tape into the computer and go from there.. on a sidenote only 3 tracks are working on the Portastudio channel 1 does not function only 2,3, and 4 do.. what a bummer.. buyer beware when purchasing stuff at auction.. the UX2 I bought new from ZZounds I think..by the way UX2 is no longer being produced, and mine is basically new in box
