Before I go into any sort of diatribe, I have to say all the shootings are a horrific disgrace to all mankind. Also was Kent State and Waco Texas. It seems mankind has a curious way of going about this.
This is more an open letter to you Stephan, than just an effort to explain any of the warnings you have posted.
N.Y. government in their wisdom has passed what they feel is a very aggressive gun control law. This includes repubs, dems, and indies. The very proof of their understanding of weapons shows a complete lack of any comprehensive understanding.
They have not made any schools or public places that are gun free zones safer. I am amazed at the stupidity of these leaders, and the agendas that the other ones follow.
Any crazy person with a SKEET shot gun, could walk through, any of these "PROTECTED" places and kill as many shooting, and reloading 2 shots at a time. The damage with BIRD SHOT would be horrific.
This was just the first of many gun grabs to come.
I have to let people know that the AR "Bushmaster" is one of the most popular guns in the U.S. Millions and millions sold. It is a fun rifle to shoot.
I don't own one, but that is just me. However in N.Y. all these fearless leaders have decided to define an assault weapon as any weapon that has an"UGLY" feature. A pistol grip, a collapsible stock, a muzzle break, a bayonet fitting, an open fore arm guard, and so many other things that just make an ordinary hunting weapon look COOL.

If any thing I am just really amazed at the knee jerk reaction of our elected officials. I am amazed that Andy Cuomo would , as the governor, give a speech that only reminded me of hitler
