Read the subject of his posts first.

I have posted new audio, covers of Led Zeppelin's "What Is And What Should Never Be" and The Beatle's "Norwegian Wood".

Yeah, Bob, I've noticed the same thing. It's like your posts start up in mid sentence or something. If that's the case, as your first line in a post, maybe you could try just typing a period (.), and enter that for the 1st line, or something . . .

Like I said above, read the subject line of Bob's post first.

Oh, yeah, I see it now. It's almost the same color as the backgound, and really tiny, so I never saw it either.

Yep!-I see it now!..... Thanks Jimmy Danger, and by the way, I finally got to listen to the latest "Dangerous Tunes". Top notch as usual . I have become a big fan of your "Instrumental Arrangements". The "Zep" song is good too but I don't care for the F.X. job. I would prefer to hear some "straight ahead" echo. I do like the pan sweeps.

P.S.
This flurry of posts may seem a bit off topic, but Jimmy's audio selections offers a good example of fine covers and originals!

Thanks as always HowlinJ. I record both originals and covers because I play both. The polarization over this topic always makes me chuckle, good music is good music regardless of who wrote it. Do whatever makes you happy.

Jimmy Great Job on the Zep. I dont think Ive ever heard anyone cover that song. One thing I noticed was the gain on your amp. Page gets his heavy sound without cranking distortion. That was the only thing I found a little distracting. Good job on the vocals, I think the vocal effect helped. I have always loved the panning at the end. You must have a huge well of songs to pull from. Have you ever tried Ramble On? Thanks for sharing and once again I feel bad cause other things in life have gotten in the way of playing much lately.

Thanks JW! Yeah too much gain, that's me lol! I'm going to rotate the songs on my profile regularly, I've recorded well over 100 now.

Hey, for those folks who write originals - how often do you come up with a new song, and how often does it change, if at all?

I used to write and record 10 a week. Now it's about 2 a month finished and about 10 ideas a month. A bass line, a chord progression, a vocal chorus. I rarely change a song once it is finished. Occasionally I drag out an old tune and write another verse if it was too short.
