I wasn't crazy about how the first album was recorded compared to his later efforts. "Moribund" is a case in point, sounds like it's in a can. But the music is great. I saw him do that tour, with Fripp sitting behind a curtain.

Peter Gabriel is great! My favorite may be a bit off track, but the soundtrack for The Last Temptation of Christ is phenomenal.

Can't count past 4? No problem. Just think "compund meter"!

7/4= 4+3 or 3+4

5/4= 3+2 or 2+3

I thought it was pretty radical of Coal Chamber feat. Ozzy to do a cover of shock the monkey , they do justice in my opinion.

I was unaware of this cover.

Hi Jimmy, yes I agree the track sounds tunneled. But I feel, though I do not know that this was not by chance. If you think about it, this allows the drums to 'become' for want of a better word. Also there are a number of tracks with Genesis before PG left, that had the same feel in some way.

I love expression, it's what we all do isn't it.

Totally jealous of course, he seems to love America these days. Any tickets sold in Europe are way out in terms of price, and locations are not too negotiable in terms of getting there. You boys are lucky really.
Nice one. Chipfryer
