I just went to a chirpractor who is an atlas orthoganist. What an amazing technique and great results! I was having terrible dizziness when I looked down and a pulling sensation running up the back of my head. The atlas is a 2 ounce bone that supports your head, wich can weigh up to 14 lbs. If the atlas is out of allignment even a few millimeters it can screw up a lot of things, including the length of your legs, organ function, back pain. Anyway my atlas was put back into allignment, some nice relief. Now to get my hearing checked next....(too much bass playing for 30+ years!)

I was a complete and total skeptic when it came to chiropractic as a treatment modality.
After finally having enough of suffering and an inability to do my job ( was doing heavy maintenance in the oil fields at the time ) I finally agreed to go to a chiropractor at the insistence of my Sifu.

Boy was I ever wrong.
I swear by my bone cracker . . . hell I might even kill for him.

Mr Bill O'Mara, whom has his office in Henderson Texas is a master.
He needs nor utilizes no X-Ray technology and works by feel of structural balance of the body.

Correct alignment of the spine / hips ETC is of utmost importance to health and well being.

No question that chiropractors work. But I have also heard that once you start going to one, you need to go forever.
BTW, the bass player in Instant Karma is a a chiropractor!

The truth I feel is that you finally realized that you needed one forever.
Not that having adjustments causes a physiological need.

As a matter of course, I have learned how to make many of my own adjustments, and to prevent injury in the first place.

I now only visit in "emergency" situations. Instead of spending money for dope and a doctors office visit to cover up symptoms . . . I cure them without the need of narcotics ETC.

LOL! Ain't that the truth.

I went to one for years...I then learned that if I followed what he taught me about healthy living, stretching and exercise, I ended up not needing him anymore and it saved me lots of money.
