A semi-'47 I will allow on my range. Any '47s made full auto, (or have ever been), are an instant ban. Nothing wrong with Full auto, even on my range. Just not what even the Russians wouldn't do to their troops, just the Chinese.

you know....i've been trying to play nice with you but it's posts like this that make it difficult.

now, when you get into a beef w someone like JW (who never beefs w anyone) you might stop and take a long hard look at YOUR behaviour.

i suggest you reread my post again and this time WITHOUT a chip on your shoulder and WITHOUT assuming the worst.

i was NOT inferring that you were mistaken, or that you lied about your Washburn. i only asked you about the model because i was curious and planned on looking into it.

gottit? if you insulted me i was/am unaware of it. no offense was taken on my part.

a little friendly advice... next time that trigger finger of your's is itching...think twice before you pull the trigger. and if you're not sure where someone is coming from....you might consider giving them the benefit of the doubt.

You can attack me all you like, Crunchy. But be nice to the rest of them.
They don't deserve it and the vultures are circling...don't make it a reality.

I am used to being tested but others won't take it well and that may cause you some pain you weren't counting on...take it for what it's worth.

Planet Guy, I started the mess with Crunchy, not the other way around.

It just annoyed me when someone makes a big deal of a song contest and then I took the time to look at thier profile and there isnt any music there, or lyrics either. Im cool, but Crunchy I just dont know, he takes this stuff way too seriously in my mind. Specially this whole Ces Pool thang, I took my dip and have dryed off now.

are you going out of your way to appear a dullard? or just looking for someone else to beef with?

let me explain it simple as i can. when i said....

I do have a Washburn HB35 semihollow gtr from the late 70's when they were still made in Japan...great gtr. you can see it in action here in a short video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GpFnW9Ay ... e=youtu.be

now, just try to imagine someone GOOD playing it!

"...imagine someone good playing it" ...that's me downplaying my skills w genuine self deprecating humor. it's meant to convey that i don't think my playing is any hot sh*t (since i don't think it is).

clear enough?

JW, my one buddy was having issues with those same green plastic tulip tuners and switched them out for metal "Grovers" and his tuning issues mysteriously disappeared..

Now when I see them, I cringe..

Otherwise,
Why that's NeanderPaul...here for a sec, I was looking for a MIXER.
(Is it a Yamaha or Behringer or Alesis?) lol

I was like, I don't think he's using one.. (clank-grind_clank)

Ok, the gears are turning again..

Gimme my Cheetos.. lol

(Ouch you're making everyone love you again, "Crunchbag"..be wary or you'll know why I say that...)

There are those here that think they're great. Why? I have not heard any of those on the radio. What will be on their tombstone-"thought he could play guitar"? Or could it be "Taught others skills they did not have" What do you think applies to you? The later is what I come away with from this site. A chip on my shoulder, perhaps. Check your weapons at the door. This round table goes around as it comes around.

I have made this mistake (itchy trigger fanger) before. Someone said something that set me off and after that it was hard for me to read their other post in a positive light! I have tried to approach my interactions with people on this site in a positive way and without prejudice. It has taken me awhile to understand how impersonal posting on these forums can appear. It doesn't mean everyone is out to get you Crunch!

Im thinking about putting "Busted" on my headstone!

On that line of thought my father already has his and my moms headstone in place, on the back of it, he has "Yes Dear".

I run a lot of gain on my amps so I dont ever take the gold top to a gig, it just gets too noisy. But its a ballsy sounding guitar, thru my old Sunn with a tube screamer and wah.

all in the interpretation isn't it? i can't think of anyone on this site who comes off (to me) like they're IT.

your yardstick and measure for skill seems to be radioplay and being well compensated (monetarily). that's not my measure of talent. not by a long run.

i've seen amazing musicians playing in bars for chump change w no one paying attention, and trust me these musicians could play circles around anything or anyone who's played on the radio.

doubt it....just check out 90% of the swill being played on the radio. money a measure of talent....how much money did milli vanilli make?

you might consider taking off those sh*t stained glasses, pal.
