I wouldn't post lyrical content on any thread. That's been done before and with not good results.

Regardless of what you're on about today, NEVER attack a musician about what they look like. Exception: musicians using it to get undue attention, i.e. Lady Fag Hag.

Otherwise, I don't care who you are or what you look like as long as you show up to play on game day.

And if you get up on stage and you suck, that's it.

You are only as good as your last show. If it was crappy, maybe you aren't as good as you thought you were..little soul searching time there.

Listen to half the 'indie' stuff on the radio today - lyrics are definitely not important to 50% of them. Actual musical content/ability in another 50%.

Remotely suggesting another musical artist looks like a successful famous artist that is very adept in playing about any instrument being an attack is a stretch. You may need to restart your LSD treatments again to read between those lines of coke you're snorting. That could be construed as an attack. you know, accusing someone of extreme drug abuse. How's that make you feel? My lyrical posts are about all I can post on this site with a dial up. A YouTube download can take about 3 hours if it's not knocked off. If someone uses any of my posts to their benefit, then I am doing what I set out to do. I have a river of words that could be used as lyrical content. You guys helped me with that post by telling me how to push enter at the end of each line. I am eternally grateful. How can that be a bad thing. To me, it is progress. I am good with titles. I have suggested names to children not my own that they will spend their lives with, as well as registered livestock. MikeNobody needed a band name. I suggested Mike Alangelo. I thought that one good and distinctive. Fit his criteria, best I could tell. No one even commented on it. To me that is worse than telling me it sucks. It is not even worth commenting on. Being a musician is not among the best of my skill set. It is a well invested hobby of mine. If you want to learn to defend yourself in many ways, come see me.

The comment about your glasses being dipped in LSD was meant in a levity fashion, not to berate you.

I'll apologize. I only mean to hurt those who I obviously strike, not the comments twisted into something sharp via an instrument of stupidity.

Not even you. Excuses? perhaps, but at the beginning of this thread, I didn't even know how to end lines with "enter". Smallest of details? I'm just giving you feedback on your attack. If you can't take anything from it, I feel you're anti-social. (Not quite a Sociopath). But you try. Try being NICE! It may not hurt as bad as you fear.

Problem is, you think I'm mad or hurt by your comments in some fashion. This, as other things you've said, could not be further from the truth. Diaper change? tissue? grow up? Hmm... seems to be language used to berate someone if I've ever heard. How is diaper change constructive. Maybe you've got issues with child raising. Mine are grown, and are upstanding citizens that would not use that language to you. Or, not start with it as you have with me. Those types of verbal attacks never go far with anyone, and are usually left behind in Jr. High. If you're going to give advice, (even when you're putting your nose in someone else's business), say what you think. Not diaper changing diatribe. This only reflects the best of your intellect.
