Hey, Bob, I just got DSL; now it doesn't take me 20 min to download a song.
Just took a listen.
l probably liked 'She's Got It Going On' the most, because it was a little different.
But I like your stuff; all of it . . .
That kind of music was what I was brought up on.
(when I was just learning to walk, my mom used to get mad at me for dropping the baby bottle and going for the headphones)
:)
Once you get the blues fever, it never goes away. And you guys do it right.

Sounds like that any place you guys are playing would be a good place to hang out.

We're getting a little reputation around town. Unfortuneately the guitar player you heard on those cuts has disappeared. I'm going to be jamming with a rather well-known guitarist, check out GuitarGene.com. Don't know if I'll be joining him or he'll be joining us. He's been playing around the Kansas City area for decades, he's just getting over a severe illness. Don't know if he's ready to jam out or not, we'll see. We've had the worst luck keeping guitar players these last few years, three actually moved out of town, one went on his own (Tommy Andrews), and the latest one disappeared. Back in the early nineties we had trouble keeping drummers. I guess everything goes in cycles. Hopefully we'll be back in the studio soon. Thanks again...

I downloaded Hoochie Coochie man a few days ago, sounds good. I would have a bit more dirty in the guitar myself, but that's just me and my preference, and after all I play through a Super Reverb cranked to 10. (Is there any other way???) Maybe a bit more gutsier vocals, that's a matter of preference too. I tend to use the Johnny Winter style growl in places for this kind of thing, I guess that's just what I'm accustomed to.

Overall it sounds good, good mix, not much I would change. Keep at it, sounds good to me...

I didn't take the time to download any others, I'm still on dialup and it took over 30 minutes for just that one, but I might set this thing up to grab another one some night just before I go to bed...

Hiya Bob. I liked your tunes. Very tight group and nice arrangements. I hope you find a new guitar player soon. I wish I was in your area :)
