I'd probably do better at recording if I spent less money - on whiskey!

1. Get a day job to support his music habit.
2. Find a rich benefactor. (usually with strings attached)

3. Become a ho

Soon as we decide to be musicians we all turns into ho's. It's the nature of the business.

Herein my question to you of talent 8) ...if someone approached you wanting to help raise money for your band, would you let them volunteer? Or does your manager handle this for you?

No. Managers (real ones) expect to get paid, but they deliver and earn that pay.

Volunteers for this line of the work = Amateur = Detriment to the interest of the musical career. Sorry, but the world is full of sharks, players and knuckleheads.

Planet, you forgot the ho's... lots of em:

Every kind of ho
There'd be long one's, tall ones, short ones, brown ones,
Black ones, round ones, big ones, crazy ones.

...Mike ... you are correct, I did not look at her profile....Thank you. The same applies however ... rather odd to use the husband thing as an example instead of just saying I want to start a business...a parasitic one at that.

THAT was parasitic and I would immediately refuse any notions of veracity after I saw that.
