These 2 songs are a bit different from the others on the album, as most of em are. However they come to me is how they get put together.
Sea Of Tears is minus the lead, and Evermore has the harmony louder than the lead vocals and no drums.

Other than that, wattayya think?
Think these all go well together so far?
Isn't it a truly sinking feeling when you realize that wasn't a fart?

Definately different ...You have kept it alive All 4 would work well in one package.

Love the harmony structure in EverMore...
Sea of Tears... very interesting

Write many, few will be good. Strain for content, strain for public approval.

Rewrite, recite, lament, rinse, repeat..

Cream rises to the top. Skim off the good stuff and stay in the vein that you are having the most success with.

I was hoping for some feedback from a drummer or 2 on sea of tears.

The drummer i have doing Sea Of Tears doesn't like the drum arrangement. I wrote it and like the basic arrangement and would like to add some accents to the dynamic sections.
What do you think about it?

Its been my experience that one should let the drummer do his/her interpretation, but to stay in keeping with the song arrangement.

Musicians are specialists at heart, and its best to give them all the latitude of creativity they need... But they should definitely strive to adapt their work in the spirit of the given song. IMHO
