Local boys Steve Hunter and Dick Wagner on guitars. Dick is still jamming, his band is playing a show in a couple of weeks. Steve and Dick also played the leads on Aerosmith's "Train Kept A-Rollin'" as well as on numerous Alice Cooper tunes like "Billion Dollar Babies".

Last year about this time my Father in law was in from Alaska (he has a medical marjuana license). We were on the puter jammin to tunes and he says "pull up Sweet Jane" we have a few things in common! Truth be told I think he got tired of my conservative rants with me cussin at the t.v. and all! LOL Awe he's a Texan too from the Woodstock era! :D

That never made any sense to me, kids more conservative than their parents.
It seems like the hippies had evil kids from Village of The Damned or something.

Cat Mother sounds like some festival I went to that I was drunk for 5 days straight. (oww my head)

Dark Star was good and informative as well. I always like to watch the stuff from that early period. It's an eye and ear opener.

Edward Sharpe was too far for me.. I often tune out if there isn't something electric going on..interesting though..

PS: What's the Patchouli for anyway? lol

If you listen to them often your probably not showering enough. I had a hippie friend that crashed on my couch for awhile, and I had to part ways with it afterwards because the smell of patchouli was so overwhelming.

Never trust deodorant that comes in a vial the size of a bullet.

(What smell do you need to kill that smells that bad?) lol

Wow I wanna go! They are two of my favorite guitarists of all time and most people have never heard of them. Whenever they played they would really communicate with the audience and take them for a little ride. So many tasteful signature guitar lines that each tell a story from these guys throughout rock music. Bravo!
