i'm curious what you base that second assertion on. did you take a poll or see one that confirms that? or is it something you heard or read somewhere secondhand?

myself and everyone i know who voted for obama did so because they thought he was a better option for this country, because they didn't like romney, and/or because are suspicious of repubs and their failed policies.

No doubt there were some people who voted for Obama because he's black; 93% of blacks who voted, voted for Obama, when it should have been around 60% or so. But so what? The majority of people who voted for him because:

1. He turned around the economy from near disaster
2. He killed bin Laden
3. He supports women and minorities who have gotten shady deals for centuries
4. He thinks the rich should pay more in taxes
5. The thought of Romney or any other Republican anywhere near the White House is frightening

Something about that line "He killed Bin Laden" would make a really good punk tune. (imo)

i'll go w the fact that he booted out the repubs after an atrocious 8 yrs of growing debt, blunders, and getting our noses poked into affairs they never should have been.

1) He had NOTHING to do with turning the country around NOTHING! Texas is a prime example he shot us down in every way possible and WE have the strongest job market in the country!
