obama wants no more excursions into the middle east
seriously? You don't know that we are supplying Syrian rebels (also Muslim Brotherhood mixed with Hezbollah)
no circumstance that will lead to expanding US presence in a very volatile region
seriously? The State Department would love nothing more than to control every nation. That's why we have so many military bases.
not to mention the fact that most people including your self don't want to pay for more troops in the middle east.
Shouldn't make that assumption. I'm all for stopping Iran, no matter what it takes. Cutting our military will CAUSE a war. In the arab world, all they understand is brute strength. Iran was very quiet and cordial when the USA was pounding Iraq.
the real fact is that the middle east is a European problem, as it has been for centuries.
the british installed the jews and europe must protect them or feed them to the wolves.
knowing europe they will feed them to the wolves.
truthfully, none of this is our concern
There are many factual flaws with those assumptions.
In the final analysis, all of it is our concern since we are the world's superpower. If we disengage, it will come back to bite us and be much much worse.
