The West Bank and Gaza are not part of sovereign Israel and Palestinians within those areas are governed by the Palestinian Authority

Restrictions are only imposed on those territories by Israel for reasons of security

Israel cannot accurately be called an apartheid state because Israeli law guarantees Arab citizens of Israel the same rights as other Israeli citizens without distinction of race, creed or sex.

Israel's Arab citizens can and do run in elections and become ministers in the Israeli government.

The analogy is defamatory and reflecting a double standard when applied to Israel and not neighboring Arab countries, whose policies towards their own Palestinian minority are discriminatory.

Face it, anyone who makes this claim is a bigot acting on their anti-semitism.

Anti-Zionism does not equal anti antisemitism. I understand that equating or confusing the two concepts is a central defense of Zionism against it's critics. But saying they are identical is not a logical assertion and tends to suggest Zionism has very few legitimate arguments for it's cause to stand on.
