I don't hate you. You provide the cornerstone for the three stooges. Vinny , Dane , and you. I love the three stooges,,, They always showed us how STUPID we are.

It's just a game dane,
don't let it rankle

no ill will here either..I am not as good at expressing myself concisely here as others do, and tend to shy away from the long discourse necessary to say what's on my mind in understandable terms, prolly due to mental laziness more than anything.. you would not believe the effort it takes to do what I do, and I am generally mentally exhausted.. maybe just bad genetics though, life is a mystery..

sounds like something more pressing is occupying your mind.

yeah, namely Adam, the dude that recorded "Morning Glory" is now hesitating to record some musical ideas I have, because I have suggested I want to try a "free form" sketch of a jazzier musical concept and want to improvise 2 to 4 "takes" over the top of the piece and I think he is against that approach, and wants it all rehearsed out before I get there.. anyhow, nothing but silence from his end after a warm greetings when I told him it's time to cut loose again..

that I have not figured out.. maybe he just got busy and has not replied back for 7 days because of other projects I'm not aware of.. he's real laid back, but there are others who have "studios" that charge about 10 dollars an hour too.. but this guy is guaranteed easy to work with..there are recording engineers that act more the producer role though too, with Adam you have to make all the decisions about sound, instrument choice, sound levels, tones, etc.

I guess if a guy or gal was a prolific writer shelling out a tune a day like Irving Berlin (in his own words) HAD TO DO, it would be worthwhile to own a recording studio rather than rent...
