I just found that under micro chipping. I found it interesting, even if not to be completely correct, at least I found it to be an example of what is on the Horizon.

I read in EET years ago that through Quantum Dot memory techniques 300 full length feature movies could be stored in the space of a postage stamp. That was the assessment at the time. Given, there have been setbacks, but now both technologies are making rather good progress. EET reported that it was a possibility to store the complete library of congress in a single electron years ago. However that manner of storage proved to be unstable over time. However, by spinning the nucleus of an atom is proving to have some retention success, and could be extended through refreshing the spin, much like refreshing the mem in your computer. Things will improve as knowledge is gained in both processes.

How long, after we are able to store the complete history of a person through internet and public records, do you imagine someone will be finding a reason to implant that information contained within a chip within the person?

The governments of this world will take little time to capitalize on these opportunities to have full knowledge of anyone passing by a reader when the technology becomes available.
