I have been telling people that this is coming for many years. They do not listen. I heard this was coming in a prophesy during the early 70's and told people that I was waiting and watching for it to happen all these years. Mind you, I was not the one who received the prophesy, but I am one who heard and accepted it.
It was said that there would be a catastrophic downturn, and then a few years of calm, and then the economies of the world would collapse.
The housing market debacle caused the first one, the printing and spending play money was the cause of the second.
The world will be a very unsafe place in a short time, truly a perilous place to be. Some are awake and see it coming, others have been blinded to it. I find these times akin to being in a bad movie that you want to quit watching but we can't shut off, because we are the actors.

I believe the man is correct.

Good post.

Yea its an info commercial, but it makes a lot of sense to me, you cant maintain the pace we have been moving for years, anyone thats ever built a business knows this, if you expand too fast then you overload yourself.

I never thought of it from the energy, and food angle before, until I saw this.

We may be in a position in a few years where the most valuable commodity on the planet is water. You wont be able to afford gasoline,, food, or water. I think of that movie Waterworld.

Scary stuff, and I think it hits where a lot of people on this site have been heading with thier threads.

the aged always see these things

GRANDPRE
Why do you stay so long, my lords of France?
Yon island carrions, desperate of their bones,
Ill-favouredly become the morning field:

Constable

They have said their prayers, and they stay for death.

Death is nothing more than a release from birth. There, that is my poeticism!

I agree, If we could just ship 3 or 4 billion people off to MARS this planet would be a great place to live.

But with this Fluke woman saying I should pay for her birth control,,,, Tell her I can barely afford my own.
How the hell are we going to pay for all those space ships?

Sorry JW, I'm not poking fun at you. Just poking fun at a bunch negativities. NOT YOU. I actually have hope that God will help us to resolve all the problems that mankind faces in the future. That is when we will see true HOPE and CHANGE. America will be the reason and the force and the ingenuity that will ultimately save the world.

Right now we have a few selfish bastards in the world, that understand world domination can NOT happen as long as America stands FREE. If America should fail,,,,, all of man kind will fail. With our ever growing populations, worldwide,,, no solutions are insight... Just men that realize the vulnerability of the situation and only seek that domination.

Perhaps we can slow things down, but there are already too many plans put in motion to destroy us.

Our dollar will be come worthless from all the printing of play money, our power grid is being attacked, our communications are under regime control, our food supplies are being controlled, our fuel supplies are being curtailed, our privacy no longer exists, our language is being turned upside down, our country is being given over to aliens, even rain water is the property of the gov in some states. You can not even try to store any for your dying food crops in California.

Stupid men of great power have set these things in motion to take control over us. They have no idea that what they have set in motion will also consume them in the end. That is how stupid they truly are.

And I'm an optimist.

it could be that their just incompetent, or people thought it was someone else' job to look after it, or you just trusted a system that wasn't designed to cope with the changes.
I the world has never been perfect, and it has changed in many unforeseen ways since the introduction of nukes.

I agree. However a great deal of what they are doing today is to retain and grab power over the people. They want to be the permanent ruling class and they want us to be the ones who support their lavish life styles.

well,
every job goes like that.

In that, you sum up most of the books and all of the seminars I've taken on project management and business process. <sigh>

For well over a hundred years Seventh-day Adventists have known all this was coming. I am not a Seventh-day Adventist, and most SDAs are not on the ball anymore, but their insights into these times were spot on back in the mid to latter 1800s and into the 20th century. To many this stuff reads like old news.

The Bible states clearly the time will come when laborers cry out for justice, and the rich might as well throw their gold and silver to the moles and bats for all the good it will do them when the time of trouble hits.

Those who live out in the country, away from the big populations, who can grow their own food and have sure water will live like kings and queens when the crisis hits. And the crisis IS going to hit.

Used to be Christian preachers were called the trumpeters of doom. Now it's the economists, and the scientists.

Man-made and natural disaster are about to turn the world upside down, just like the Bible predicted thousands of years ago.

The naysayers were also predicted. They can find fault however they like. Doesn't change a minute of what is coming on the face of the whole earth.
