Executive Order 10995 allows the to seize and control the communication media.

Executive Order 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels, and minerals.

Executive Order 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

Executive Order 11001 allows the government to take over all health education and welfare functions.

Executive Order 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

Executive Order 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

Executive Order 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate and establish new locations for populations.

Executive Order 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities.

Executive Order 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issues over a fifteen-year period.

Executive Order 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

Executive Order 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute Industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

Executive Order 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit, and the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when the president declares a state of emergency, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

Just what do they want with all of this power and control that strips us of our rights? These are only a FEW Obama has signed to circumvent congress and usher in the U.N. agenda. Our forefathers didn’t intend for the people to ever be subjugated by government again, yet that is what we are allowing to happen.

The stage is being set to declare martial law. Once that happens, Executive Orders will become the replacement to the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Please, WAKE UP!

Yeah. But other than those acts (And a hell of a lot more that we don't know about, we still live in a free country governed by the people of the US and their constitution.

This Marxist is also expected to pass a lot of UN legislation during the lame duck period if he looses. Much of it will take away the remainder of our rights under the constitution. He has already submitted a good deal of UN propositions to be signed into law by the senate, so I have heard from people who are on top of these anti American bills.

Or maybe Homeland Security, wearing their new uniforms, and sporting their automatic weapons loaded with hollow points will knock on your door and tell you that your property is too big for a private citizen to own, so now it is the property of the US Gov or that you have to give your home to a larger family and move to location "X". It's much funnier when it's theoretical.

The public school systems are putting out little brain dead Marxists... haven't you noticed? They can't read they can't write. Math is a worm with wings to them. And out of the colleges we have graduates that are door knob dumb outside of the subject that they supposedly mastered. The unions are robbing Americans blind from the deals they made with crooked politicians who would give them any benefits they wanted as long as they returned the favor at election time. This public school system is nothing more than graft and corruption trying to bring up a nation of little Nazis. I do not understand how a teacher with a soul or one with honor can teach some of the crap that they are given to teach.

Other than that, I'm in favor of more public school funding.

Jimmys response got me to thinking, and Jimmy dont take this the wrong way, Im not aiming at you.

Unemployment being extended, in the big picture what does this accomplish. Im sure Jimmy was looking for another job, but how many people abuse the system. I can remember being younger and some folks would get unemployment, and instead of really looking for job, they would just collect the check til it ran out and then seek employment.

Im not saying there shouldnt be a cushion for folks down on thier luck, but what percentage just use this to get a check.

To me if someone gets an unemployment check they should be given something to do, even if its only sweeping the streets and picking up trash, it shouldnt be a free check. I also believe if you are recieving aid from the government, that you should be drug tested in order to get the check.

Maybe crazy to some, but in order to keep my CDL I have to be in a drug testing program, Ive been doing that for close to 20 years.

On mortgage bailouts, I dont know what to say other than there was a time when older people could collect SS, and if they had saved some money could get a decent return on thier savings in the form of CD rates. I can remember people getting 10-12% on local bank CD rates, which supplemented thier SS, allowing them to have a decent retirement.

At this point interest rates are so low that even someone that has saved all thier lives, paid thier taxes, cant make a decent return on thier money.

Im glad people havent had to lose thier houses, but the honest truth is that they couldnt afford them in the first place, Im involved with a bank and on the loan committee for the past 15 years, we couldnt even touch a mortgage cause we were conservative, meaning someone had to have at least a 15% down payment before we would look at a loan. Where as there were loans available for 3-4% long term, and they are still being written that way. Plus these interest only loans for a few years and then balloon up, come on that doesnt work.

I have an employee who got some money for his moms house, he calls it Obama money, well its not Obama's money, its yours, its mine.

Another huge issue to me is the inheritance tax. How many of you on this board stand to inherit something over the next few years? You may have to pay 50% of it in inheritance taxes, or the death tax as I like to call it. I dont understand how I can accumulate assetts over my lifetime, and pay all the taxes to acquire these assetts and then on my death the government can come in and take half of it away from my children or heirs. To me thats double taxation and not right.

I dont have any true answers to whats going on, as Ive said many times in the past, in order to really fix things we are all going to have to suffer, and noone wants to suffer financially, we are all in it for ourselves, and Obama is going to take away everything he can from each of us, no matter what you earn in order to try and stop the ship from sinking.

Very very scary, I do favor Romney at this point, because he has built business's up, he has created jobs, he wants to reform the tax laws, he wants to change inheritance taxes to something more reasonable.

In the end, ask yourself, are you better off than you were 4 years ago? Im not, I ask friends of all walks of life how they feel and I dont see anyone bragging these days about how great things are, because for most people they arent.

But do your own research and vote for the person that represents you the most.

To drive my own hazmat truck and live up to requirements including finger printing, F.B.I. back round check , regular HAZMAT testing, book keeping up the wazoo, $20 thousand in spill insurance and yes,,, being in a consortium that regularly calls me in for a random drug test to keep me in COMPLIANCE, and that doesn't include the possibility to receive a hidden tax for something as minor as a nick in the wiper blade.

And this is my government protecting me.

The explanations are infinite, but the root cause of all you have described can be summed in one word: Greed. I am not kidding when I say that we have to beat the ethics firmly into our children, today, if they are to see a better life than we currently have. For us, its almost practically too late. At 50 + if we haven't got retirement plans squared away, we ain't gonna have one waiting for us at the end. They say we get the leaders we deserve. To everybody...When you vote this November, keep that in mind. What do we 'deserve'?

Glen Im with you on the license deal, I recently had to update my haz mat CDL. We have to do this every 5 years. You would think I was some sort of criminal.

I had to provide a birth certificate, not a copy, but an original with the seal on it. My SS card. Two bills with a proof of address. Then I had to go get fingerprinted $90.Also a background check. Im good for another 5 years, but what will I have to do next time?????

Ive held a license in my state since I was 16. It looks like they could punch me in thier computors and tell my credentials, but no! Every time I renew it I have to prove who I am, where I live over and over again.

These little fees add up.
