No I have not and neither has my mother, wife, nor my daughters.

If women were all like the simple minded sluts on TV I'd hide away in a cave somewhere.

I am a lucky S.O.B. my wife believes in my musical aspirations! She demands nothing from me. I know this is a partnership and she doesn't need to demand as I give myself to her willingly. Basically she has NO problem bending me to her will LOL! She has gone back to school to finish her degree and I stand behind her and support her. I cook dinner for our 2 teens 2 times a week, I do the dishes at least 5 days a week. she works too and it is not fair for me to expect her to do everything! The only demand she puts on me is to not drink too much DANG IT!

When you are in a short term young, 16 to 22 year old relationship it is completely different than when you are talking about. A 60 year old man that has to protect his health so that he can prove his love to his woman is completely different......A woman, a wife has to know that she is STILL THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN IN THE WORLD, THAT HE COULD EVER BE INTERESTED IN.

The 16 to 26 year olds don't even count as grown adults in my book. They make incredibly stupid and hurtful decisions.
At 60, there is nothing left to prove. If you got a woman in your life at that age, it's expected ... There would be something wrong if we didnt have a partner that could tolerate us at that age. (Our options are vastly diminished also) .
At the end of the day, I strut whatever peacock feathers I got left and leave it at that. Been lucky so far

Glenny, I would submit that if as men, we couldn't take care of ourselves, than all the big hard erections could do is make us 'boy toys ' for women, who would own us, support us, pay our living expenses and such... We'd have no dignity, and in the end , no respect from those women.

I admittedly have little respect for women anymore.

They cannot be happy no matter how hard you try. They can never accept a man for who he is, even though that's supposedly the man they fell in love with. They relentlessly to try to change men into something they are not.

They refuse to speak to men on the mans level, yet always expect the man to speak to them on the women's level.

They claim they just want a nice guy, yet will dump him for the next "bad boy" who comes in their lives, who will ultimately treat them like crap, and all the while they will complain to every friend they have about not being able to find a nice guy.. talk about circular logic.

They make even the smallest insignificant issues into mountainous problems and always throw gas on a fire instead of trying to put it out.

They use sex as a tool, and sometimes as a weapon.

They have zero respect for men, which explains my first sentence here - I give what I get.

Wow Kramer you sound bitter! I am sorry you haven't met the right one. IMO a lot of the things you said are true for some woman. You can't just bunch all woman together like that, some ARE different.
The thing that blows my mind is that most of us men seek out superficial woman. By that I mean we usually want a woman that frankly is out of our league! To me woman have an outer beauty and an inner beauty. Some are beautiful on the outside and demonic on the inside. when picking a mate most of the successful friends I have pick knock out woman that are UGLY AS HELL on the inside then once they are used and abused they wind up bitter. They try to outspend their stupidity. In other words they keep picking the same type of woman have a kid with them get divorced and pay child support on the kid. Some men I know are paying child support to 3 different woman with the attitude I'll just earn more. Despite your bitterness (did you recently divorce) if so I can surely understand the bitterness. I have been through it 2 times and you have to work through the emotional levels of divorce and "break on through to the other side" so to speak.
