A little unsolicited advise to you! It's not just your band, it's you AND your members band. the sooner you learn that the happier you'll be. Without other musicians you ain't a band!

Like Jeff said - unless it was "Tim and the Gorillas",. The rest of them will go on with a replacement for you, you've got to start from scratch.

I think you've fires yourself, it's much easer to replece one member than the a whole band. Well you're about to find out.

Well ... 'Tim' shows up here brand new, with no music on his profile, just a link to the band he *fired*. The reverbnation site has some unusual 'post-garage' sounds (I hesitate to say music) on it and no band info and the previous band site says the drummer was at fault.

I too went and checked them out. I find this whole thing kind of weird.
I really think this guy should tell the whole story from both sides.
