I'm allergic to EGGS, my favorite food, as well as rice, mushrooms, tomatoes, oats, pork, dairy and a few plants that are commonly found around bodies of water, pigweed and elm trees. Guess where I'm commonly found? Around bodies of water. The drought has caused many plants to give off lots of powder. At times I have been unable to breathe. Literally. Anyway, I'm now taking allergy injections twice a week, gradually increasing in strength until I can get on a maintenance level. Also I'm taking an anxiety pill once a day.
Boy what a nightmare Summer for me. I NEVER want to experience another drought and heatwave like this year. If there's another one I'll be moving NORTH. Towards the end of two gigs this Summer I nearly passed out.

I'm not sure my heart isn't damaged either. Or any other organ. Low oxygen can screw up a lot of things. I haven't been quite as dizzy the last few days, but a few weeks ago dizziness was a constant occurence.

Could be stress, Bob, especially if they put you on an anti-anxiety pill, that could causing your dizziness or your body's just stressed out.

Try going on a raw food/vegan/gluton-free diet and see if that helps.

You see some amazing benefits.

Absolutely . . . I'm on a see food diet. I see food . . . I eat it.

But I have seen many instances of diagnosed chronic disease simply dissipate on gluten free diets.

You should try this Bob. Being the naturopath you are.

Yes, if you do vegan, it's dairy-free anyway. As far as the raw food, if you just increased your fruit/vegetable intake, it would make a huge difference.

For the past year, I switched to just eating fruit for breakfast, including grapefruit. Not only did I bring my cholesterol down to normal level (bad low/good normal), but I don't catch colds or flu anymore. Plus, I eat mangos. Both Grapefruit and mangoes can eliminate free radicals in your body.

I don't eat any processed meats, or rarely if I have that hotdog here and there. I don't eat any food out of a box, only fresh vegetables and fresh bread, little or no preservatives.

For dinner, I just throw veggies in the oven - broccoli, brussel spouts, anything, just cut it up, drizzle a little olive oil salt and pepper then throw it in the oven at 400 degress for 40 minutes. Any lazy person can do that.

Also, eliminate the red meat or meat entirely. I rarely eat any rice or pasta or high carb foods.

You would see such a difference in your health and energy. Of course, exercise or walk at least 1/2 a day. It makes a big difference.

Ditto That Chaeya...

I pan grill the veggies on high, just long enough to braze and brown them, (Using olive oil) and I sprinkle Garlic/onion powders, and a splash of worstershire sauce...and that does the trick . Once A week I change it up and use teriaki Plus a couple of eggs on the veggies .

results: Same effects on cholesterol..as with yours... On the weekend I do like to indulge in Salmon fillet and taters :) I prolly shouldnt do the taters, but heck ! :D 8)

Results from allergy injections can literally take years. My brother-in-law had horrible allergies when he moved from New England to Texas. It took him almost four years to return to normal. I finally got my wife to quit smoking in the house (I don't smoke) with an ultimatum. "I'm gone if you smoke in here." Yeah, I've been eating raw fruit every day. I'm not sure if I can take two anxiety meds each day, they make me a zombie. Anyway I'm slowly getting better I hope.
Tomorrow night we're cmpleting our studio demo and hope to get it on the website (bluefinreview.com) and on my Bandmix profile. You might find the songs interesting.

Bob, if you're not having anxiety, you can cut it. Right now, I take Cymbalta for anxiety, but it's an extremely low dose. You shouldn't be feeling like a zombie, if you are, it's too strong. Don't believe that bullshit about having to acclimate to the pill for a few weeks. Ask to change to something else. If it's Xanax or Ativan, you can break the pills in half. I have .25 Xanax in case I need it, to which I don't.

What are you taking for anxiety?

bob,
you have just reached the age of denial;

can't eat that,
can't do this,
can't look at that,
can't listen to this.

Geeze Chaeya,,,, I wouldn't put ONE of those drugs into my body.
You also don't have any idea as a women what it is like to to pull a 600lb boiler out of a basement or do the heavy work that may be required of the male side of mankind. This is the worst time of the year as far as workload.
If I can't take in at least 6000 or more calories a day, my weight drops as much as 10 lbs a day. RED MEAT along with veggies and anything else possible is good.
I like your veggie recipe but, I would starve on that.

As far as anxiety,,,, Seems to be way to much of that going around lately.
HHMMMMM, I wonder why.

quit eating MSG and aspartame.. I was on some kind of a hot dog kick the last few weeks, eating them as if they were a staple, they were a well known brand of hot dogs, and up to just lately had been on sale for weeks, and a few weeks ago, I started developing "tingling" sensations at my upper spinal cord and back of my head, just the strangest feeling I had never encountered before, what I'm thinking now, is just a hunch, but could those hot dogs have been on sale, with the the company knowing they were overdosed with MSG or sodium nitrates?/ nitrites?..knowing the hot dogs would not make you sick to your stomach, but would act as a neurotoxin? giving you what feels to be nerve disorder? surely the hot dog maker would not sweep something like that under the rug? also, quitting that peach flavored drinking water which is full of aspartame too.. I might be poisoning myself and not even aware of it.. look at Ralph Nader's list of the top 10 most toxic products, take a look at the chemicals not even listed on the label of hot dogs.. crab grass herbicides? etc.
