Michelle's speech was powerful and effective. She never once referred to Romney by name; she took the high road and affirmed that the Democrats are the party for all people - poor, middle class, blacks, Latinos, women, gays, Muslims and yes whites. And she said that they don't resent rich people, instead they admire people who have worked hard and raised themselves up. Obama 2012!

No one was close, no one heard it and this is the bullshit lying of why I hate this political sh*t so much.

So by all means, go and find the best edited and photoshopped video you can of all the disrespectful, ugly, stupid and whatever that Obama said.

Dude, I do graphics and video editing, so I know how this stuff is done and it's easy.

of course she didn't say that. but if the obama haters repeat any ridiculous and preposterous thing often enough there are always gonna be herds and herds of gullible unthinking sheep ready to swallow it as the gospel.

and these same zombie sheep will then turn around and yell about how gullible and brainwashed anyone who doesn't drink THEIR koolaid is.

Vampier wrote:... I have said on many Posts All Politicians. This includes that brainless piece of Nazi gristle who you actually admit voting for. I lived in California far too long but this was after the "Beat" thing. But I pretty much agree with the majority of what you stated. No need to get your knickers in a twist. I always enjoy your Posts and find them thoughtful and well stated ... yes even when I do not agree. Obama is lost without his teleprompter and speech writers and will eventually be shown to be a complete FOOL. Voting and "thinking" do not seem to go together but no one seems to get this and every 4 years they lose their brains and trot off to the polls "thinking" and "believing" and fooling themselves "making a Choice" ... It is like a bad fairie tale. But you can have your opinion and i respect that right. But when it comes to arguements about political filth then there is only one Truth and that is whoever the filth be ... they are lying, incompetent and evil little parasites. All of them ... as far back as you wish to go. This is the only real Political Truth. It is never worth getting angry or upset over any of this ... ever. I do not really know what "Amerika" you seems to think I seek but I can assure you whatever it is you seem to be mistaken ... about me at least. Besides Vampires really never cared for picket fences much.

Do not be put off by me. Ta

You know the brunt of most arguments between men and women and how they get blown out of proportion? Is when the guy tells the girl to not get upset - because when she's not upset and the guy starts telling her to stop getting something she's not, it really doesn't piss you off more than the original point of the argument. But that's not the case here. I'm not upset in any way, shape or form.

But I am done wasting my time talking about politics. It's going to get ugly and I dont' need the negativity right now and wasting my time talking about things that don't matter and having people get insulting. The problem with politics and religion is that little "stupid" factor which seems to get batted around like a ping pong ball back and forth and to me, anyone who assumes that they are completely right and the other person is "stupid" and starts making judgments has already lost the fight. I don't "discuss" things that way and if people want to start telling me that I don't think as a human being or read or weigh things, or I'm stupid or an imbecile, then we really shouldn't be talking. I pick my battles.

Good day.

...Chaeya ... very well stated. I am pleased that you are not upset. I pretty much agree regarding the useless discussion of politics and the filth that proclaim to be politicians. Please let me clarify that in my little opinion "voting" for anything that calls itself a politician is an utter waste of time and is yes , basically stupid....I do not support any of them. Mike Talbot said the wisest thing in this Forum regarding this and it is unassailable in it's Truth ...in my little opinion. I am very fond of reading your Posts on hear as I think quite often they are brilliant and offer another perspective that "none of us guys" can. I understand that you do not agree about the voting thing etc. but I do not agree with you either in this. I do apologize as I do not think you to be stupid despite your voting and "choice". Time will tell as it always does and I feel I will be proven correct. I simply feel that you are not aware of the entire situation and therefore at a loss to discern the reality which will inevitably "hit" eventually like a ton of bricks ....but that is only my opinion.

I lived in California (San Diego) long enough to see Gray Davis come an go...and BTW that guy was plain despicable. Arnie Signed My Diploma, I thought he was gonna fix things... But Unsurprisngly , he got hoodwinked by the politicos of CA.

I knew that California was headed for the toilet when I hear d some idiot ban smoking and had the audacity to say that the raise in taxes for tobacco would pay for California health care. I knew then that I needed to get out of California, cause the liars were out of control and the biz sector had become a bonafide Good ol Boys club.
In the ensuing years , while I enjoyed an easier life in Texas, I was reading all the time about the trial and struggles in California. All I can say is I'm glad I left that state. (Though sometimes I do miss it)

Wasn't Nancy Polosi a California politician?

Mr. Haley

Nancy is the daughter of Tommy D'Allessandro - one of the most corrupt mayors in the history of Baltimore - a town where corruption is rampant.

She is a dreadful person and probably doesn't know it - she grew up in a world where being corrupt was the norm.

I guess we should pray for her - it is difficult - she has done so much harm to the US. But it is our duty. <sigh>

If I'm Not Mistaken, Pelosi ran up a huge bill to hold down some offices in San Francisco. Were talking in excess of 100K a month and for what. Nevertheless I think she is the biggest Pig that ever slimed the capitol... SHe is terribly repulsive to me...

Talk is cheap. I judge someone by their actions. If their actions don't line up with their words, you know what they are?

a liar

You know what someone is when they believe a liar?

a sucker

What's disgusting is that he made a reference to the GOP platform. Someone shut him up, we can't have it getting out how extreme the GOP really is until after the election.

No ,, what is disgusting is the only answer to reality is more lies and character assassination. I guess when you say the GOP is extreme, then you condone the outright theft of personal property. I hope that is not what you were saying. Rape in any form is against all human decency. There are many that are being raped. For jerk and damned to even make that comment just shows how low they go.

You assholes lose.
