Jimmy, I owe you an apology for a certain post (thank GOD the mothership censored that post)? Look dude I was flat out of line and I am sorry!

Jimmy, I would like to believe you are not a bad guy! You seriously need to get some counseling for your hatred toward Texas! Come on dude you are an educated man? Do you really believe all the people in this state are stupid? You have insulted me for years and I took it! I can only take so much before I show you my bad side! Still I am ashamed for the particular post. I was (P.W.I.) Sunday!

Jeff, I let it slide because I know you like to drank and post. But this has never been about my dislike of Texas or you personally; this is about my hatred of racism. When you hate a whole group of people - Mexicans, Muslims, homesexuals, blacks, whoever - you insult what America stands for. We are and always will be a melting pot of people. We must learn to tolerate each other, if not love and accept. That said, you have my blessing to post whatever you want, I'm quite secure in my sexuality (as are the many women I've "known" in my life). Peace!

If you think Texans are racists, then you are more ignorant than any of us.

That's a lame excuse from liberals to label people they can't argue with on a factual basis.

Don't fall for it! You are better than that.

Get off the liberal plantation by seeking the truth no matter what your liberal friends think. I did that 20 years ago and almost all my liberal friends have finally come around.

Exactly, and I would add that there is huge "pride" about freedom within Texans , which is unmistakably NOT the same as "Arrogance" Thus, we don't need anybody's condescension, guised as a 'blessing', to post whatever we like. We'll post what we want to, anyway.

Making Threats (As opposed to opinions) does not fall under 'free speech'. It can be construed as a form of assault (if you want to get legally technical) .

If I post something disparaging against your safety and well being, and then posted the same thing against our prez, the only difference is that the prez can afford a team of investigators to arrest and incarcerate me.
So clearly, its a foolish endeavor to 'threaten' people online or anywhere else. But If I want to say that Jimmy D is a dumb-ass , there is no legal recourse he has , since its really just my own opinion. Nevertheless, if he tried to sue me for libel then my defense would be the 'truth', and in his case, the truth would also happen to be common consensus
