if we entertain this proposition realistically ( though there is no rational reason anyone should), what do we find?

A) no foreign government can issue orders to police and or military inside the US, the US can and might , but the UN? that's a laugh.

B) The blue helmets have never succeeded in enforcing it's various idealistic mandates anywhere, at all, ever.
C) let us count up all the wars the UN is currently losing, ( start in africa and you'll busy the rest of the week.)

D) I think a disarmament war on US soil would be very popular, and make great TV
E) The UN is a talking shop, it will always be a talking shop, no one will ever fear the UN ( kind of like the internet.)

Your buddies at Blackwater (Xe Services or what ever they have changed their name to by now) went down to New Orleans and deployed and helped to disarm the locals ... a free sample of what they can do for AMERICA!
Now that they got all them ex-South African military working on their team, they will be ready to help do what the highest bidder thinks needs to be done here on American soil.

Did you know that at least 5 officers of the NOPD were charged with looting? If I recall, One of them was also charged with a weapons assault. (Meaning he/she pointed a gun at an unarmed civilian, while on duty as a looter)

Crooked cops are nothing unique to NOPD , look at the antics indulged in by NYPD or LAPD cops, like selling guns and drugs from evidence lockers for instance ... but the pros from Blackwater did not get caught looting, because unlike them cops, they get paid very very well.
