Its just with every one so busy between family and their bands it is next to impossible. Having said that you never know what the future holds!

Jeff, You are top o the list if I ever come to houston... :) You and I shall drink like Gorton's fish and reminisce on the old days... I want to drive by "Georges On Washington" hamburger Bar & Grill and hit up Rockerfellers... Are they still there? :)

i don't mind at all.....i mean it's not like you're asking if i'd give my house up to a "Native Indian" or anything! yuk, yuk.

i play in a few different groups and lineups but this gig it's myself and my buddy val goodrich (she's really, REALLY good). we have a duo we call VAL & MAL. she's on flat top acoustic, harp, and vocals, i'm on bass, mando, gtr, sometimes dobro or lap steel.

we'll have Monte Safford the drummer i work w in PLANET JAZZ playing w us so we're looking forward to that. Monte is a KILLER!

we play mostly originals in a bluesy, folk rock vein. (damn, music descriptions just sound soooo goofy sometimes)

you can click on the VAL & MAL link below if you wanna check out some video of us performing.

tell ya what, dane...you make it out and the first one is on me!
planetguy, I have tried playing the VAL & MAL video at Viddler but keep getting a black screen with text reads "flash required to play video" I never have problems at youtube..really want to give you a listen

Pomme is French for apple while pommes is French for potato. No wonder they're messed up over there.

We already have truck farmers here - GM, Ford and Chrysler. But please do buy some lots, we need the taxes!

that's probably the catch, buy the lot for $200.00 then you get billed for thousands of dollars for back taxes and current real estate tax due..LOL
