you never ever saw me start this whole fiasco, with Dylan attacking me, I feel better now, that I've tried explaining some of Dylan's false accusations against me, if I would not have, no telling what kind of damage his defamation of character of me would have cost ..but you are right YOD, I am now done with this. if he wants to stop attacking me..

Yeah, I know it feels good to punch back but beating up a drunk isn't really a fair fight, ya know?

It's just sad to see how he's destroying himself and lashing out against everyone here in his alcohol-induced misery.

Everyone has experienced it now, so you don't have to explain what is really going on.

I was lucky to get a chance to see YOD perform.
It was one of the most heartfelt, brilliant, sober, soul sharing, performances, anyone could ever see.

The most important thing you can bring to any endeavor is your brain. I see some of these young people, musicians, coming up...

They are great and so straight, they understand the competition. If anyone thinks that drugs make you sound better, It's true. When you are alone and listening to tracks that actually suck.

I guess this girl coming up here, and trying to sell drugs up here kind of shocked me. If anyone thinks they play that much better when stoned,, knock yourself out. Just don't drive your car into mine. Mr Dylan I think you need to find a friend to help you. You started this thread and I think you have allowed a few things to twist your thinking.

Drugs can really mess you up. Period.

Yod made it to a good friend of mine's Open Mic when he (Yod) was up here in NJ . . . I couldn't make it, but I heard He was excellent, of which I have no doubt!

Actually, Glen you and YOD are both correct...
Drunks are incredibly funny ...until you lose a close friend (Like I did) to one of em for driving drunk. Drunks and druggies can entertain the family for hours with their irrationality, but the entertainment doesn't last nearly as long as the damage and aftermath of all the abuses that the family suffers as a result of the drunk's/druggies bad behaviors.

I never condemn a person who has been afflicted with such hideous diseases... I simply detest those who think that its okay to be like that...They have choices.

And therein lies the rub, Glen... You cant 'reach out' to guys like Lynard...They simply wont have it... Guys like him manage to sustain and get by in their lives ...(They are called "functional alcoholics/Addicts) . They rationalize that if they aren't in jail, they are okay...Meanwhile, they are a bane to the lives of everybody else around them, (and even take pride in that fact).

Lynard is punk and a loser by every fiber of that definition... He will remain so until he pulls his head out of his ass and wakes up to the reality of the damage he has caused to people in his life, who have trusted him and wind up getting hurt.

This is why I call him a back stabber... In real life, that's what he does... You have already seen evidence of it... I called him on it months ago...

Let's talk about playing, the one time you actually played,
I played all the lead guitar, you stood there and looked stupid.
The second time I brought a bass player, but when he got there
you decided you'd play bass, and were going to beat him up( I
guess cause he was a little guy), I wished you would have tried,
that little guy would have tore you up. Like I said I'm not hiding,
I'm in the same house I've been in all my life, where are you?

Dane I don't think your gay, then again I don't think you do women

deserving.

disccussion.

it is the consensus of the board, that to reply to such false accusations is only stirring the pot and muddying the waters up even more than already muddied .. all I can say, is whatever happened in your brain to turn me into an enemy is very strange, I have not seen you for what,? years? so it had to be something said on a forum or email? and I've looked back on every post I've written here, and see nothing I said as to make you hostile towards me, with the exception of the few posts I wrote a few nights ago, but only wrote them after your SECOND uncalled for attack against my character, I did not respond after your FIRST attack, but if you want to dig up dirt and muddy the waters, then I can do the same, which looking back now, is childish on my part, since I am a sane virile young man, you, not so much.. I will always love Terry, even if he has not one good word to say about me, at least he has enough class to keep his opinions to himself and amongst friends, at least he does not go on message boards spreading hate and discontent..
