Forget Klugmo.... He's just a really great singer.
He shoots all his own videos. Did you see the last one of his killer dog?

I liked it! 8) :)

Patrick,

I liked your song and video and for those of us who are pasting together still photos, it is a big accomplishment.

I didn't understand why one woman (singer) was front and center and the other off to the side, was there a reason for that? It seemed odd, like you were keeping one of them in the background.

Did like the video, I am sure you are happy.

@ TamsNumber4 & GLENNY J Thanks for all the input.. Let me give you a little insight on the circumstances. We filmed in Maine and the woman with the black hair was in Florida and remains there but is part of the band and they wanted to include her. So she had someone film her on the dreaded Iphone (hence the low quality). Also after filming the hired band at the theater I realized that I needed more specific shots that I did not get, so we filmed outdoors and in my garage against a black screen (no green screen available at the time). In addition the artist wanted shots from all around the country but with the small budget I had to hand pick stock footage clips that would somehow relate to the storyline. It was all over the place but all in all a learning experience and the client was happy in the end. It's a labor of love. Again - Thanks for the feedback!

I agree with the comments about too-quick clips, although its not just country music but all videos seem to be done this way lately. Hold some shots (pan and zoom) for more than 5 seconds.
Any of the 'band' shots - looking like a concert/show - should be done with mics and stands, and a stage look, otherwise they are just lip-synchs.

Probably too many film 'styles' overall - you've got the lead singer/player in the fuzzy-black-and-white, then different color scenes/shots, doesn't lead to cohesiveness.
Good job, nonetheless!

I also liked the music portion of the video but didn't care for the "cookie cutter" video that didn't have much to do with anything. My son had a movie producer shoot one of his videos and it was the same style. I would much rather just watch the artist as opposed to snapshots from what looked like someones family vacation. And the guy that shot the video apparently didn't know what instrument was playing at the time he highlighted the musicians.

Singing good, musicianship good, vid so so commonplace. However I did love the shot of the cabin. How much nicer it would have been if you were singing the vid with only the cabin for a backdrop.
