Die By Night, look, Wegman is right, man. It is just people do not take criticism well and do not know how to take a joke. It happens, we just went over that whole thing in another part of the board (Taking a joke and stuff). No one around here would have any issue with you if you act a bit nicer, that is all.

"Shrryroxcherry" was acting a bit arrogant. Her posting made her come off like she was the best singer ever, but she had no audio for us to judge this for ourselves. However, when confronted, she was not nice (As Wegman said).

Who can possibly understand that? We joked about it and were told him he needed to use grammar, we had no clue what he was saying, and that he was not happy with. It was blown out of proportion, thus creating an argument. He did not seem to get that we are not able to read things with such lack of grammar.

So, as you see, it may appear we are being bastards, but we are just being logical, or just joking. So calm down, as I said before.

No it was another thread. I keep referencing it as what not to do if you want to portray yourself as an arrogant "serious" musician. Like I said I have no problem with arrogance if it can be backed up.

The only band I listen to that is death metal (I think, maybe just black metal) is Lamb of God. As for regular metal, I like Megadeth and Metallica.

I always considered Slayer death metal and they have a message. I could never get into that scene. I like aggressive music, but not violent or evil music. There is a band out of Chicago called Trouble that are considered doom music, but their a Christian band so go figure.

If your talking Metallica it's old school Metallica for me. We used to call the Master of Puppets album Masterof Posers because we felt they sold out on that album. So that is how far I go back with Metallica. Give me Kill em All or Ride the Lightning any day. I think new Metallica is horrible.

I blew a kids mind the other day when he was talking to me about the Goo Goo Dolls like the old guys out of touch or something. I said yea I am very familiar with the Goo Goo Dolls and then pulled out their Hold Me Up CD and played it for him. The poor guy almost hit the floor. I said "They changed a bit eh?"

Us relics still have a suprise or two up our sleeves.

As for the Goo Goo Dolls, I am familar with their mid-1990's through now stuff. I think the first song I heard from them was "Slide." Very good piece, then "Iris," which came off that City of Angels soundtrack. They were good, then I heard their newer stuff, and I was like "... Bleh." So yeah.

I am a very rare species, lol. I am the only one who loves just about everything Metallica has done (Except for the Garage albums and St. Anger).

Now hold on a minute there scooter. I didn't say I hate Metallica. I said I don't care for the new stuff. The old stuff kills. When I listen back to Master of Puppets it is pretty good, but their morph started there.

Lmao. I do not like Last Caress/Green Hell. It just does not sound all that great to me. But I did like two pieces of "Garage Days Revisited," when they redid "Am I Evil" and "Blitzkrieg." But that is about it for those two albums.
