I guess I'm pretty lucky that way. My wife is often more encouraging of my music projects than I am! She is a real treasure.

i really love my ResolV 50a speakers. i regret that i did not get the sub woofer to go with them but since being disabled... money was and still is tight.

FL Studio allows me to have 2 computers with the software so i usually just drag the project onto the gaming PC which has a sub woofer to check my bottom end.

I am happy I am 19 and single. No one can hold their tentacles over me and tell me what to do. Other than my mother (Mommas boy! ). Lmao. Just kidding around. But yeah, I think it is easier not to have people telling you what you can and cannot do. However, that is marriage, sometimes you do not like things the other does and you have to reason it out with them.

Irminsul, you are lucky, you do not have a wife that pulls you back, she is encouraging, that is a good thing. However, I can see that was not the case with others on here.

Peace out, GuitarAnatomy.

I found the sub makes all the difference. All my mixes were really thin sounding and then untill I played them back on regular system and the bass was outta hand.

Have you got it down where you can get pretty close on the mix without a sub and then go to the other system to fine tune?

maybe try to get her (at least i hope it is a her...lol j/k) involved. see if she would like to create music also... she doesn't have to play an instrument... all she has to do is know how to manipulate a PC. what could be argued as 'great' for computer generated music... even tone deaf people can do it.

That wasn't the main reason, lol...

We've both moved on, she is pregnant, I'm engaged.. My fiance loves my music and supports me 100%
