GLEN J wrote:What really has me the most pissed off is this attack the wealthy thing.

My vision to bring America back strong is the reason so many people want to come here to begin with.

Instead of making the wealthy poor,
Get back to basics,,,
Allow the opportunity as it used to be.....
To allow everyone to become wealthy.

It is our government that is breaking the backs of of the non wealthy.

Success and wealth in all forms was the prime directive of our founding fathers. That included a wealth known as FREEDOM.
That directive comes straight from GOD.

I ask all of you do you really want to substitute GOD for the word government?

Answer that JCP61!!!!

YOU JUST SAID Nothing. But I had to start using your name calling tactic.

Or you just said it all, "I do not support any of the things you quote here"

OK so you are against everyone becoming wealthy and protection of their GOD given rights of ABUNDANCE and FREEDOM.

Man you are so flucked up in your thinking,so brain washed.

I'm pretty scary. Better than being scared.

If you are a liberal that has forgotten these basic American ideals,,, the let me teach you what I was taught in case of a nuclear war,,,, DUCK AND COVER!

I know JCP61,,, I just must be brain dead.....

I would love it even more, face to face. I do it all the time.

On the lighter side, I was treated to one of the most AMAZING concerts I have seen in ages. That was yesterday. It was in a small temple.

Everyone here knows him, but I am not going to blow his cover. All I can say is this performance was AWESOME. And beyond that THANK GOD WE LIVE IN AMERICA, where FREEDOM to gather and worship is a GOD given right.

This is just one of the reasons why I will get so nasty, to protect the people that are exercising their rights as AMERICANS.

That was A GREAT CONCERT!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!

That is just ignorant of what the founders wrote and why. Our educational system has failed you in the history department.

I probably shouldn't assume that you realize Thomas Jefferson wrote most of the Constitution???

This is what he said;

"What country can preserve it's liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance. Let them take arms." (Thomas Jefferson to James Madison, Dec. 20, 1787, in Papers of Jefferson, ed. Boyd et al.)

"The strongest reason for people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government." -- (Thomas Jefferson)

My 2 cents (Adjusted for inflation... so, somebody should pay me to pay my 2 cents :P)

I think It was Old Ike, who said something along the lines of: "If the people get mad...Then get out of the way... "

yes, many of the fathers said lots of thing and wrote lots of things
Jefferson himself was enamored of french opinions, who by the way had no less than 15 governments since their revolution.
but, thank God none of Mr Jefferson opinions ever became law.
Hamilton and Madison wrote the constitution.
Jefferson May not have even been in the country when it was ratified.

if you talk of rights in america you must talk of law,
not philosophical writings of the age of enlightenment .

I think Glen's right, JCp sounds to me like
he's scared of his own shadow. That's why
he's got a gun, but afraid to use it, he serves
whoever he is told to, obey Obama JCP.

And Mr Yod when you assume you make a ass of u and me.
I've not requested your internet therapy, nor do I belief
in your judgement of me. I will say what I want when I
want till someone can stop me, and it won't be you.

JCP try reading comprehension, and less running of your mouth,
even though you think (or at least act like you think) you know it
all, Bullwinke, why don't you pull a rabbit out of your hat, oh
your heads to small isn't it pinhead.

it is true I hold a number of opinions just like most people here,
some well founded, some less so.
one opinion I feel confident about is, that you, lynerd, are not playing with a full deck.

Jefferson did not work on the formation of the constitution,
and the second amendment did not afford the right of rebellion and insurrection.
that's a myth.
Waco was handled stupidly and with embarrassing publication
but it was in fact perfectly legal, apparently the governor of Texas thought so too.
