Three Carrots, Cut in thirds and halved , One Zucchini, sliced.... A crown of broccoli, pieced... A slice of white or Spanish yellow onion, A handful of fresh asparagus... (Cut off the bottom third unless you like string in your teeth).

Heat a skillet with a dollop of Olive oil... Throw in all the vegetables and braze them... Then medium heat for about 5 minutes... Keep em mixed up in the pan... Serve on Plate, Sprinkle onion powder, Garlic powder and let sit for 2 minutes... (Optional: A dash of Worcestershire sauce)

Voila! A Damn good way to keep vegans from harassing you during working hours

Vamp I just listened to your song.

The start to me sounds like one of those vampire movies, then it kinda gets into a Doors sort of feel and then into a Tool type thing to me, maybe not as harsh as Tool is to my ears, but this song goes for a long time.

I really didnt listen to the lyrics in particular, I was in my office reading some things and had it on as background music, but its not bad.

I would say for most listeners it is too long.

But I kinda like the feedbacky guitar on the front and the melodies just go with the feel of it, and then you break into that Jim Morrison baritone wail vocals, kinda sounds good, like you are doing something you believe in.

Mix wise I had to turn it way up on my computor, way higher than most folks songs on here, plus it needs some tweaking on the mix to let parts stand out more, it gets kinda mushy sounding to me, like its been on tape for a while and thrasferred to other tapes before being put into the digital format, I know when Ive tryed to do that I lose a lot of highs in the sound to my ears.

Not too bad, I was almost afraid to listen because of comments Ive read, but I was suprized it was much better than I would have thought from post on here, not my type of music per see, but I can appreciate when someone goes thru the effort to just put something out there.

To me thats half of playing or recording just doing it!

Keep On Rocking and Postin Vamp!

,,,Lynard Dyan ... Ta for the compliment.

JW123 ...I thank you for actually listening. I had remarked upon an earlier post ... because of the general flap here my wife took one of the CD's made of a rehearsal and "compressed" it to make it work for posting. Your observations and opinions are all pretty much on the mark excepting that it was recorded on a laptop in avery "live" rehearsal space ... Theatre Vampier in Petaluma CA. It was originally a Punk song that I wrote in 1979 and it has become a kind of tradition to play it as a first song in each show. There are many different versions. What you heard was from my last Production ... a 3 1/2 hour one called Fallen Angels.

The song is long because it allows time for the musicians to emerge from coffins, get plugged in and dialed. This offers some "space" to deal with any problems tech or otherwise. When I "click" that signals to everyone that we can now commence the structured song. It works well to warm everyone up including my voice. Thanks again and I do appreciate you having a listen and telling me what you think. Ta

Further to what I have stated in response to culling and extermination ...check out the new movie The Hunger Game. I would be very interested in everyone's take on it. Very Agenda 21 I believe. Regionilism not Nationalism ... human sacrifice ... drones and robots ... etc . The UN has been working towards what is displayed in the movie since 1996.

If the UN was doing everything it was accused of by uneducated bored paranoid egomaniacs. it would have long ago ate it's own legs off like a starving praying-mantis.
you guys really got get a better boogie man than that.

Everyday now there are more and more examples of the culling and soon it will begin in earnest. I believe that one trait almost all musicians share is the ability to ignore ridicule and stay true to their beliefs and purpose. Of course there are always exceptions but generally they are not easily discouraged. They are independent ... opinionated ... ego based and sometimes justified. They are capable of reaching huge numbers of diverse people through established methods and mediums. They possess a power which many I feel are not aware of. Food for thought ... perhaps this could explain more of my purpose within this thread ??? But perhaps not ... you must connect the dots.

So you believe a power in Europe is selectively killing off people here in the US or else where? or selecting out people as a stash of cool people or what?
but some are special, we musicians, and you will be our leader, get us organized, and for only 10% I bet.

Don't you really mean that. You notice the world is turning, but for some reason you are left out of all that seems important.
THEY don't see you. THEY don't recognize you true worth.
there must be a reason there must be a conspiracy, cause you the one who TRULY sees it all.
Oh yes And we 'musicians" can help them recognize your true greatness.
after all, you have told us we are special too.

As a musician you have a certain degree of power and influence that extends far beyond self-determination. Very rarely is this used but when it has been it changes things. Musicians are powerful and strong should they choose to be. My purpose is multi-level and complex but quite easily understood I feel. You can laugh and mock and insult but it will not halt my purpose or my activities or my music. I am no different that any of you in this respect ... so is it really that difficult to understand ?

Ahhh the 60's when WE changed things..us powerful musicians LOL!!

"My purpose is multi-level and complex but quite easily understood I feel."

But it can't stated in a coherent thought. cause it soooo deep.
But the special people understand.

Guillotines purchased by baby Bush from China years ago... stainless steel and paid for with public money ? Why does the government need loads of them? Fema Camps, trains, buses and forces ? Read the news and connect the dots and you will realize that extermination is happening. If you speak back to police now your words are considered assault ? Welcome to the Machine ...awesome song.

mass execution with guillotines???
Oh Buddha give me strength.! lol
who the hell would try to kill off large numbers of people with guillotines?
that would take years.

you can't shatter an illusion by perpetuating more illusions.
You should really reconsider worshiping at the alter of Hollywood.
The matrix was just a movie it didn't really happen.
