I think it was a festiva that a co-worker once had - he started it up to go home, the engine raced out of control for some reason, and seized/blew up.

My van will carry 6 of them loaded with passengers up a mountain in a blizzard.

I'm sure it's possible. But not very likely. Watch these boys try to blow this one up for two days straight. And it's running wide open throttle.

It's really cool to me that most people feel that way about Festivas. They are considered disposable. Because of that I can drive for free. I make good money flipping them. The people who own them usually own at least two. That says something right there. And I know several people like me who buy every one they can find.

Id be all about giving a festiva a go for awhile, but I dunno what to look for.

A year or so ago, when you were singing their praises...
There was some sort of snafu with the festiva forum when I signed up, and tried to ask about them.
I remember that I couldn't get back in because I had been listed as a spammer or something... so, it kind of turned me off.

That stinks. I'm actually a mod there now. Just got "promoted" lol! I can help with that if you like. I've been hooked on festivas for 21 years now! I have 2 keepers. One is hotrodded with double the horsepower and a 5 speed. Good for 0-60 in 6 seconds and 40 mpg. My new project is turbo, double stock horsepower, auto and I'm shooting for the same numbers. 0-60 like a fox body mustang and mpg of a civic.

I can't remember what I would have used for a username, but it would have had to have been my yahoo email address.

Apparently our president and our energy sexratery think if we Americans paid ten dollars a gallon it would be "fair" to the rest of the world.

But then ... both these pricks are super rich ... and get free gas.

Get a rope to go along with the conviction for TREASON.

We can save money by hanging them both with the same rope.

George

As a French scoundrel named Tallyrand (napoleonic era) said, "Treason is a thing of dates..."

The traitors now run the country ergo - we are rapidly becoming the bad guys. A sad end to a promising experiement in freedom.

. There is only a finite amount of the stuff, so we need to "encourage" people to drive less. But those taxes should also be used to develop new energy sources to replace oil.Abendkleider ?sterreich
