I'm exhausted. The Daytona 500 just ended. Could you imagine how exhausted the drivers must feel?

They didn't push the cars around the track again did they? lol

Spent the day contemplating rearranging the studio, drinking beer, and smoking left handed cigarettes, then finished it off playing a little R&R with a guy whose equipment cost more than my house. Today we'll try it again ....... no promises that the studio will get rearranged.

I watched most of it, didn't get to bed until 1am and got up at 6am. I was going to do an open mic tonight but I think I'm going to pass. Damned NASCAR!

I've wore silk shirts, woke up with strange women in some fine hotels, wrecked a few nice cars, had the spins so bad I thought I was a satellite, that was before I was old enough to do those things.
Now that I'm old enough I wear T shirts, the women have gotten stranger, the hotels are seedy, I drive a Minivan slowly, and all I have to do is stand up quick to get the same spinning effect.

It's a tough life most of the people I worked with years ago are dead, and gone. Can't say I'm in a hurry to join em, but I still enjoy living a little on the wild side as long as who ever is driving is sober and doesn't drive too fast.
