10 CC was great. I saw them open for Ten Years After, what a great concert. I love bands that have an intelligent sense of humor.
Airweaver, thank you so much for reminding me of this! This song is literally ingrained into my DNA and is part of my life in ways (I won't disclose) but it is DEEPLY PERSONAL to me!
This IMO is just shear production Genius and LUCK! When we realize how the stars aligned for this song to be so personally important it proves to me THERE HAS TO BE A GOD!

I would have given my left testicle to have been at this show! LOL! The reason why this song is so personal to me! It was the year my stepmom whom was a WONDERFUL lady took her own life! Her name IS Consuelo and the first time I heard "I'm Not Love" was the day I found out she had died. It was crazy because all I can hear to this day is "big boy's don't cry" and that is exactly what I heard in 1975!

In The Living Years is another favorite of mine! My dad passed away in 2008 and I never told him those things. We NEVER got along. He was a selfish man. He would not inconvenience himself for no one. Still the love a human has for their parents can transcend the terrible pain they inflict on the ones they are supposed to love the most! I knew from the first time I heard that song in the mid 80's I would LIVE it! So now I have to live with it! Death is part of life as sure as we were born we are headed toward the inevitable END! Last New Years Eve as the night was winding down I was with My kids and my eldest son whom is 31 told me he loved me and didn't know how he would survive my passing. I told him I will always watch over him even in death. It is a good feeling when you know your children well enough they want to be around me. I made up my mind a LONG time ago that I would not make the same mistakes my parents made in raising me. They were a good example of how NOT to raise your kids LOL!

Love stuff like that. So creative for the time. How many total voice tracks made up the song? 256
Just amazing.
But the coolest part was having the voices all noted on different tracks so they could create chords with the voices. Really amazing idea.
Thanks for that one Jeff
I got to watch it again.
