I've always love ZZ Top, they played here
at the fair in 71 or 72, I'd never heard of them,
they didn't even pack the racetrack, they kicked
ass. After their El Loco album I didn't care for them,
but that's still about 10 albums of good stuff.
Van Halens first album was killer, but not the best
album that came out that year (1979), their 2nd
album was alright, I liked DOA, but never listened to
them much after that. Most of the good guitar playing
technique was put forth way before Eddie. I seen a
video on utube Duane Allman doing tapping stuff 1970
