http://www.bandmix.com/stratomatic29/ i need some feedback on my playing/sound and hoping some savy musicians here could provide it. keep in mind they're very rough demos with no metronome so my playing speeds up and slows down from time to time, but the main idea is there. any feedback would be much appreciated :)

Do you really need to limit the availability of players by age discrimination?

Our guitarist is 21, both our vocalist are +- 30, our drummer is 40, I and our bass player are both > 50 ?

Sure you have that right. Yet unless you have the intent of being the next great pretty boy band I don't see the point.

I like most of your sounds myself with the exception of the high gain your using which to me sounds tin thin and over-processed.
( having the same issue with my guitarist )

Here is another solicited opinion ... ready ?

Working with a metronome is great rehearsal / practice.
Good music ebbs and flows with intent and intensity of your passions, it's not tempo sterile.

I'd play in a band with you because I like the direction of your melodies.

But alas ... I'm too damn old.

Best wishes.

Sounds like you more than ready to
start playing with agroup.
Play against some drum tracks for
more precise timing.

My boy and his band practice here
about once or twice a week, they're
all 20, 21 they've got a fire about
music, while I'm all about polish. 8)

Practice what you love.
