some numbers that work for you, the camera
don't seem to add 10 or 20 lbs to me, perhaps
its a optical illusion. You want to be in shape
and healthy 2 lbs for every inch of height.
So I'd say your more than 10 or 20 lbs overweight,
face the facts and do something about it, don't throw
around numbers eat less execise more.

I'm just going to briefly jump in on this point. 2lbs./inch would make me 6'4" and 152 pounds, I don't think that can be right. They were pretty weight conscious back in 1983, and even this chart from 1983 says you should be no less than 162 if you're 6'4" with a small frame.*

I'm large-framed, so it says 181-207, of course I weigh more than this, and I carry it well except for a bit of a gut, though my barrel-chest is solid. Of course, I'm not offended if you call me fat, either.

6'4", 237lbs. for the record.

Oh yeah, Merry Christmas, everyone!

That one is about his Dad. Christmas is a time to rejoice and celebrate life and the living, but we should never completely forget about who we have loved and lost.

LD, Its all good Bro! We are all guilty of being shall I say overly assertive in our opinions here on this COOL site!
It is a growth experience we phuk up we then become ashamed we accept our phuk up, the cool folks forgive US and then We move on!
I know there are only (very few) that have phuked up as much as me! Maybe Mike! Merry Christmas Mike! I feel like I'm calling Dr. Bombay

Being able to publicly say Merry Christmas instead of Happy holidays is not being "whiney". Only protective. "Whiney" is someone hits you with that "Separation of church and state nonsense that has never been in the constitution or it's amendments, nor won in the court of appeals but we hear it so often we think it's part of some national law, up there with the teachings of evolution when there has never been one atom of proof that anything has evolved. A protozoa has never turned into a fish that grew legs then hair and learned to play guitar. Where is the "whine" in that. Only that you can't teach intelligent design, The "whiners" don't like it.
