Hey Paperdog, here in MO we have killed
off all the lions and grizzllies so I don't have
to worry about them, and I understand your
concern about the veggies. No bottled wine
here, I've got the boxwine, with the tap on the
side.

JW no tofoturkey here either, sh#t I didn't care
that much for turkey when I ate meat, please
pass the aspargus, and the sweet potatoes.

Talbot, what fun playing music with your grandkids.
My grand son is the synthezier player in our group,
and I've included his picture at the piano in my
BM profile. My grandson makes my life.

Sounds like Jimmy's doing it right, and got enough
turkey for everyone, or he'll be eating leftover
turkey for awhile.

Crunchy, God Bless you brother, you have said
some of the funniest things I've heard on this
forum. I don't always respond to them, not wanting
to cause grief with the one your humor is aimed at.
I'm still laughing over something you said here on the
forum.

Slacker G are you saying that steriods and growth
hormones are why our country(or world), is in the
shape it's in today, youmight have something there.
Perhaps if we hadn't been consuming them all these
years, we wouldn't have the Tv reports about our
kids, being overweight, maybe we wouldn't have
shot Kennedy, or even dropped the bomb on Japan.

J Haley that was a mythical time, I don't believe many
of us grew up like that, but we watched it on TV, as the
ideal family, personally I loved the Waltons.

We the people of the United States may be fat. We're also generally taller and stronger. Our teeth, generally speaking, is healthier than those of other countries. Steroids were developed so that young chickens, pigs, and cattle would gain more weight from each meal as apposed to waiting for maturity. This is obvious. We are also a country full of complainers, food prices, fuel prices, farm foreclosures. We are also a nation of innovation. There are so many people to feed. Add to that, we also send lots of food and supplies to nations that can't produce enough to feed their hungry. Maybe we can have the luxury of time to wait until animals reach maturity before harvest. Other countries- it's just another night going to bed hungry. Corn being used in the production of ethanol competes with food production. Someone said "It's not nice to fool Mother Nature!" It can also be said "Necessity is the Mother of Invention!"
